Goodness you have been a chatty bunch since I last popped in earlier this week!

Congrats to all with losses and nsvs! Words of support and encouragement to anyone frustrated with a stall or the ongoing battle with constipation! I am still munching on prunes and adding inulin powder to my tea to keep things moving along😁

I reduced from 5mg to 3.75mg this last week as I was fed up with nausea, I fully expected to have to add 1.25mg on Friday, but the supression is working and food noise is still silent, so I will continue on with 3.75mg when I jab and weigh tomorrow.

@poppym12 well done on loss. I feel the pain of you not losing as I sts for weeks

@weaseleyes love your description 😂😂 I haven't gained (yet) but the no losing for weeks was awful

But yes overall we are ALL weighing less than what we started

Can I ask what your starting weight was /loss to get to that size

NSV for me. Prob a bit Tmi

I bought some large (ok prob xxl) 😳 knickers for holiday (last June) and they were so snug that they cut into my thighs

So I stuffed them in the bottom drawer and I think I got xxxl 😳😳😳

Anyone the larger knickers have been getting baggy and had to keep pulling up so tried the xxl on and they fit even a little loose but def wearable !!

It's little things like that that do help us

Same with my relative yesterday saying I had lost weight

Made my day as most people haven't said anything as they see my daily/weekly and don't notice it

I tried my famous velvet trousers on that I want to get into and get them up to the top of my thigh. Not tummy or over knickers but one day - prob another 4/6mths but I WILL get into them and will post a pic proudly !!!!

Quick question - has anyone noticed getting new spots since starting MJ? I’ve never really been an acne/spot sufferer bar the odd spot on my face when due on but my shoulders have gone really rough and spotty in the last few days. The only thing that has changed for me is the MJ and eating less and healthier.

I don't have any spots. I do, however have their weirdest symptom. Which may be nothing to do with MJ, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

My eyeballs are sore 😂😂😂😂

@pippapumpkin that’s so odd as I’ve noticed my back of arms/ lower shoulder have KP spots

I wonder if it's because we are changing our diet

@Pinkjenny meeeee 😂 I have sore eyeballs, i was attributing it to a virus and was going to ask if anyone had the same thing... what do yours feel like. Mine are aching, like if pulled an eyeball muscle (if that's a thing) and you know when you have an eyelash that's sore? That feeling on my lids and like I've also a draught in my eye.
Random, and probably my Fibro/ME and current viral infection 😅

Suppression seems ok.

On 10 I was leaving food

On 7.5 I'm finishing meals but not generally snacking but do have odd packet of crisps (my downfall)

Obv only been on 7.5 2 whole days - no side effects so not sure if the low dose will help or if I need to do 10 like last week

I usually have some kind of salad at lunchtime - chicken - tuna - corn beef one time 😂 - then a meal in evening

I do seem to be less hungry. So that's good

I had a nsv this weekend too!

I managed to wear a sports bra I bought that I couldn't get into.

I bought it at a seconds sale in my usual size but as is often the case with seconds they aren't true to size but you can't return them.

I was 19st exactly but only 5' 3" so basically just round!! I'm now 2 and a half stone down in 7 weeks and it's a huge difference. I wouldn't actually say I am an 18 yet, I was just surprised they actually fastened because I wasn't expecting it. I finished pen 2 this week so next weigh day is photo day before I start pen 3 so I'm excited to see the difference in body shape.

@NippyCrab @Pinkjenny I had really achy eyes about a week ago and was on the cusp of getting eyes tested but read it can often happen when blood sugar / pressure changes

I am your velvet trousers twin. And they are at the same stage for me. Hoping to be in them by Christmas 🤞🤞🤞

OMG I do feel pain around my eye sometimes, like I've been punched in the face. My eye socket feels really tender even to the touch sometimes. Weird feeling.

I'm also more spotty these days. Giving up alcohol has really made a difference to my skin but then I do feel I'm getting more spots these days.

I honestly don't think I will be in them by Xmas as I really am a pear shape and have child bearing hips and nowhere near getting them up to waist

But one day @FlappingMadly !!

Ahhh I just weighed in! In total I have lost:

August - 2.5mg: 6.2kg
September - 5mg: 4.2kg
October - 7.5mg: 1.1kg so far

My scales app has me down as 43% complete in my overall weight loss journey but I think things will slow down now. I’m hoping to reach my goal weight in January, but my journey isn’t over then - I want to start becoming lean and building abs/a nice bum! lol

Glad you feel okay on 7.5. I haven’t had any issues either - it’s been a smooth transition. I was quite thirsty after injection day but feel fine now. I have less food noise as well, I’m not longer tempted to order takeaways in!

I’ve just had a great NSV! Got a pair of size 14 jeans from Next on the off chance they might fit and they only bloody do! Will take some work to get this smile off my face! I haven’t been a size 14 in years
