Hi everyone, can I join you please? I'm more lurker than poster but have enjoyed reading about everyones exploits, particulary @Blondeshavemorefun lack of suppression and overdose. Glad it worked out well for you.
I actually started mid July, looking to shed around 3.5 stones. Started well, first stone and a bit off easily, but now only managed 3.5 lb since late August. On 5mg, suppression good, not overeating, protien (mostly) good etc, so must be due a whoosh soon. Don't want to increase dose yet as struggle on calories some days as it is. Not too many side effects except breath that could strip paint a day or so after injecting.😂

@Blondeshavemorefun when do you sleep 🫣😅

Once dropped off mini blondes at school

Some days I sleep for 2/3hrs. Sometimes more - I'm
Usually up by 1 for lunch

But Friday /sat nights I don't work so push on through Friday and go to bed usually by 10pm fri night

I know how to live life not !!

Also another reason I jab Fri as if fell crap (which apart from 2.5 started and nausea /headache and soooooooo tired) I don't really feel crap

Even when I double dose lol

I will say my left covid arm is sore now. Gave dd a cuddle before she went to her gym class and couldn't raise it easily

But right flu seems ok so far

@Blondeshavemorefun I read a really interesting article about how lack of sleep affects weight loss (I’m a terrible sleeper!)

I’d like to say that my figure is athletic/Amazonian but the Dr did once refer to me as a solid block (bloody knob). I don’t have boobs or a bum really which has always been in my favour as I don’t look as big as I am 😆.

I have noticed that the pillowy tummy is starting to deflate and my face is less puffy - yay!

I do agree with the loyalty idea - it’s insane that they’d rather have the turnover than loyal customers staying with them as the dose (read that as cost) increases. It’s a bit of a lottery where people stop so I’d be encouraging them to stay with a £20 off voucher each month - has to be better than losing the lot. Ah well!

I do sleep. I think as I have worked nights for 15yrs I'm kinda used to it iyswim

Plus I tend to wake naturally once do an sleep

And don't work every night so will sleep well tonight Tom and Sunday this week

Re loyalty discounts - I was Asda and they sent me a 10% off voucher once. I’ve moved to oushk now and they share discounts on their fb group page eg £25 off last wk

I’m also a really terrible sleeper, doesn’t matter whether I worked days or nights, up every couple of hours. I’ve always thought that’s it’s contributed to my weight problem. Lots of research suggests it too.

@Glittermoonlight the more I read around this area (Mj and also sleep) the more I realise how I didn’t understand hormones before - I thought they were really just reproductive ones! The body is such a finely balanced thing

Weigh day tomorrow. I'm really hoping for 2lbs as that'll take me to my 2 stone over all 🤞🤞

Needed a new jacket as I'm out for drinks tomorrow (didn't find one... but...) when I was trying on clothes it was so strange everything fit or was actually a little baggy! They were all larges so not slinky but it's a big change to how things have been!!

Oh and.... saw my mum today. She's been away so haven't seen her for a few weeks and she said 'I'm not sure if it's the weight you've lost of what but your face looks really different have you had something done?' 😂 all the water drinking, weight loss and exercise must be paying off!

And who knows, I may even make an appearance in the holiday photos!

Well after a spectacularly bad dinner, I'm going to be adjusting my schedule to jab tonight. Think it's definitely the period that's due that's making this so bad, but I don't want to lose sight of my goals. 5 days since I last jabbed so im all clear to change

It was me that asked. I'm with Voy and haven't had any email and can't see this on my account. Was it for new customers only? I'm getting the feeling from a few things lately that Voy have different prices for different sets of existing customers and that I'm being ripped off. Think I'm headed to Oushk but would stay with Voy for now if I was able to get the 44% off.

Voy have been an absolute pain and I will definitely look elsewhere for my next pen. Did you try the code? You never know!
