@alwaysscared That sounds like a great first week, well done! It's got to be sustainable to work. Some people have huge drops for a few weeks and then plateau for a bit, some people have bodies that really consistently drop 2lbs a week. It is all moving in the direction of being more healthy!
@Doobi- ooh, I love a foodie check in! Tonight was baked sweet potato (#fibre!), with some beans and 2 fried eggs. Tomorrow is some homemade Thai prawn and potato curry. Yesterday was baked salmon fillet with roast onions and peppers, spanish butter bean stew.

Don't be disheartened yet - remember 2.5 is the dose for getting your body used to MJ. It's not the therapeutic dose, so keep on going. Like @20bloodypounds says, we see each big loss....but it's always a mix of people. I've also found that trying to avoid constantly checking MJ threads etc is a good help - thinking about dieting all day makes it seem like way more of a struggle for me.
I've just done 2.5mg dose 2, did the first last Thursday (the minute it arrived!), but need an early start so have got it out the way tonight. Will report back any noticeable changes. I didn't really have any side fx from dose 1, other than definite feelings of fullness pretty quickly when eating - and not feeling peckish throughout the day.
I started at 98kg and weighed this morning at 95.2kg - I tend to have 2kg fluctuations in weight over my cycle though, so no chicken counting! Am feeling positive about this though. I am going on an away day on 11 Oct which will be very active in the wilds of Scotland, so would love to be carrying a bit less heft then!
The smaller appetite has made me think about what I am eating more - not just 2 slices of PB toast to 'fill me up'. I've enjoyed it so far!
