I’ll never get that accolade as he’s 9.5st ultra runner 🤣he’s very strong fit and lean. Often “forgets” to eat as food is just fuel to him regularly has one meal day plus coffee. It works for him as he’s not tall. If I was 9.5st I think I’d look ill, I can’t remember ever being that small maybe at secondary school. My goal is 10st. Went to bed feeling quite nauseous last night the first time I’ve really struggled despite being on wk13, and only 3.3mg! Definitely got a very sensitive reaction to this drug.

Third day of my holiday and finding it strange not to weigh myself everyday. Finding it hard to eat enough as really don’t fancy anything. Usually I’m stuffing my face at breakfast with fresh bread and honey. Today I managed a boiled egg and some grapes. Meals are so big I find them off putting. Think I’ll order a kids meal tonight. 😂

Hi ladies - day late with my check in, it's been a hectic few weeks, lots of birthdays & my oldest here from Uni. So I've been drinking, maybe 1 or 2 vodkas and had takeaway 3 times in a fortnight.

5mg is still kicking my backside, suppression is crazy strong. My poor stomach doesn't know what it can or can't handle.

3 stone in 7 weeks. My goal was to lose that before our holiday end of October. I still have 6 weeks to go! And half a stone to be the lightest I've been in over 14 years. My skin is definitely starting to feel loose now.

I am home!! 16 glorious days of sunshine, beaches, rivers and boats - bliss!! Flight delay resulting in getting home at 3 am was not so blissful🥱

Have eaten and drunk whatever I fancied, including small amounts of bread, chips and rice along with a fair number of g&ts, bottles of lager and glasses of wine! Strangely, what I fancied did not include ice cream even though it was high 30s🤷‍♀️

Not been on in a while but well done on all losses. I am back at work after the summer off so delayed jab by 5 days as I couldn't cope with the nausea when back.

I did 5mg yesterday and welcome back nausea my old friend. I did gain as we have had a few meals out.

Back on it now though.

Are you taking anything for the nausea?
I've found dimenhydrinate tablets 50mg very effective. You can get them on Ebay.

Thanks I tried Nexium but didn't work.

I also tried cyclizine hydrochloride didn't work either.

Nexium isn't for nausea though. It's just for heartburn and reflux.

I am having reflux also.
It does go away after 3 days so could be worse.

My size 18 trousers are getting loose. I can hardly believe it.

And the new bras which I proudly bought a few weeks ago no longer need to be done up on the widest hooks.

It's a good job I decided to buy six of the next size down. They're in a drawer, but I'll be needing them soon.

Sorry everyone been AWOL for a few days. Mumsnet is terrible on my phone at the moment. I had an unexpected and full on weekend away so didn't inject on Thursday as planned and also didn't get to the gym at all last week. The good thing is on the weekend away I ate and drank probably a quarter of what I usually would. I did however have my first coke in months and wow it really hit me. Won't be doing that again.

I REALLY need to get back on the routine. Am going to inject 2.5 today and then back on Thursday jabs.

Week 11 and I am down 2 st 8lbs.
People at work have started to notice and comment and my size 22s are huge. HUGE
