Wow you're all absolutely smashing it. Well done! Love hearing how baggy everyone's clothes have gotten. It's such a nice feeling.

I weighed today and have lost 2lbs. So pleased with that! It was 4lb loss mid week but had a very food heavy weekend. Friday wine and takeaway although didn't eat it all and Saturday we have movie night with the kids and had a dessert delivered 🫣 it was just so nice they wanted to play a game and watch a film without us bribing them.

Then I felt a bit full and so think I was especially heavy this morning.

I have just done my bonus dose in the 7.5 pen. Don't know how much that works out and also injected it into my arm reading about how much suppression people are getting with it in the arm. Will have to order my new pen now.

After about 12 weeks of barely any symptoms (fourth 7.5 jab on Friday) I've been feeling like shit for the last 24 hours - indigestion, slight nausea, achy and in the last few hours wind and sulphur burps. Anyone had similar? How long will it last? 😪

@TempusFuckit I've seen a few people say similar on the main thread I think it's just the build up of the drug in your system. Hopefully it passes soon

Wow the arm jab is kicking my arse!! Took it this afternoon and managed a teeny amount of dinner and threw up. 🤮 still feeling so nauseous. Didn't believe changing the injection site would really make any difference but here we are! Will see what tomorrow brings 😬

Just a quick note to say I'm now feeling almost 100% again. So that bout lasted about 36 hours.

And - I'm another 2lb down. So a silver lining. Although hoping I don't get another - or at least too frequently.

It is bizarre as I keep reading that the injection site makes no difference and yet it really did to me!! Thankfully no side effects but today is day 6 of my 8th dose of 5mg and the suppression is very real whereas over the last few weeks I have definitely been more hungry days 6&7 🤷‍♀️ Gonna stick with the arm now until I move up 😬

I've paused my Voy subscription. I have one full 5ml pen and one which I've only taken 2x2.5 doses from. I am going to be dodgy and go over the 30 days and make the two pens last. Don't report me to the MJ police :)

@Callmejudith I've cancelled mine! 😁 I have 2 doses left in my current pen and have just ordered another one elsewhere. Feel bizarrely relieved to have made the decision and followed through (although I am getting frequent emails from Voy offering me £50 off!)

Oh and, not a word shall pass my lips 😜

I am a massive over thinker so thought about what I wanted (no codes, decent price, easy re-ordering process, responsive, open to maintenance etc) and emailed three providers with some questions.

TBH, they were the only ones who replied! It was a helpful and informative reply and ordering has been easy. Waiting for approval and despatch has made me twitchy but that probably says more about than them! 😂🤦‍♀️ I am not sure I like the delivery charge and how slow it all seems but we shall see.

My bmi is still 37 so I have time to shop around if I need to. I think I got it it into my head that I was only going to move once but, having done it and seen how simple it is, I may move again😁

I like Medino because the pharmacist is really friendly and helpful, and they don't tell your GP.
That was important to me.

Another one here looking for a new provider. Voy is just too expensive now that codes are rarely used now due to floods of these available. I have been tempted by Oushk, hadn't heard of the family chemist so might look at that one too. Part of me is also wanted to just avoid the admin, but it's a lot of cash!

For those that switched but wanted to go up a dose (I'm thinking of moving from 7.5 to 10), did you just need to show what you are on and what you want next?

Just 1lb loss for me this week. I have been losing mostly between 2 to 3lbs a week, but a lb loss is still a loss.

Had my first dose of 7.5mg today so I'm hoping it will increase my appetite suppression and a better loss next week.

SW 18st 6lbs
CW 15st 9lbs

Total loss: 32.2 lb

Good news is MedExpress agreed my price match to Family Chemist so I'll have a credit for the next pen to make it cheaper.
Am going to try for the bonus dose next week for the first time.

I love the thread title! I put on some trousers yesterday which wouldn’t have fitted me a few months ago and they are now too baggy. Lovely too and still with the tags on 😡😂

1.1lb loss for me this week. Not great, but it's a loss. Feeing a bit bloated so may need take some dulcolax later. 14st 10.1 from a SW 17 7.4. Total loss 39.3.

Definitely feeling I am plateauing on 7.5 so think I need to go up to 10.

@Sewfrickinamazeballs yes I haven't really felt suppression on 7.5 though looking at figures it's clearly still been working so I feel ready to risk 10.
Well done on your loss- does it feel good to be in the 14s? I can't wait, it's been about 25 years I think!

@Megarea the 14s few great. Still can't believe it. I'm still waiting for it all to come back on, so it's taking some time for my head to catch up with my body.

Couple of nice comments from people today! I feel rough from my weekend away, coldsores, ulcers, temperature - really sexy!

This weekend I have a birthday brunch and then a street party. Going to jab tonight to keep me on the straight and narrow!
