Morning everyone, I’ve been lurking and now posting as it’s week 3 jab day for me 🙂
I’m on 2.5 and losing steadily at around 3lb per week. I’m finding it easy to stick to my TDEE target calories of 1,370 per day using Nutracheck to log everything. I haven’t made major changes to my diet as I just wanted to see how Mounjaro worked for me on its own, iyswim.
i have had nausea and been sick once. I’m constipated, which isn’t unusual for me, so taking physillium husk. I’ve also just started making protein shakes with added marine collagen and adding some frozen fruits and spinach (quite nice). Worst side effect is fatigue though, I am drinking plenty of water and fluids. I’ve decided to stick with 2.5 next month as I’m losing steadily and don’t want worse side effects. I get my pens from Med Express.
SW (5’ 3”) - 13st 7.6lb (21/06/24 - I managed to lose 5lb low cal that week without MJ, mostly water weight I think)
MJ start date 28/06/24
MJ wk1 - 13st 2.6lb
MJ wk2 - 12st 13.8lb (-2.8lb)
MJ wk3 - 12st 10.6lb (-3.2lb)
NSW - picking up a pack of cheesy tasters in M&S and then putting them back as I really didn’t want them 😁
