Gosh...everyone is doing so well!
I did the 4 weeks on 2.5 plus the bonus dose on week 5 (using my teeth to do a hard twist) and lost 10lbs. Happy with that.
I thought I would stay on 3.75 for a couple of weeks but to be honest, it really did not do anything for me......less than 2.5!
Moved up to 5 yesterday and food suppression has been good. So far Ive had 2 coffees and a pan fried salmon steak. I'm definitely not hungry and have not had any bad side effects since taking it(fingers crossed!). Who knows what the next few days will bring??
However, I was at a BBQ on Friday. I had a burger (ate 3/4) a tiny amount of pasta salad, a tiny amount of coleslaw, a chicken wing and a small tray bake. And a Coke Zero. Friday night in bed I had the worst pains in my stomach. No V&D luckily but my god was I in pain!
Did I learn my lesson? Did I heck.....Saturday night I had pizza and dough balls. Same thing!
Have to say, I was glad to start the 5 on Sunday and get back to some food suppression.
It was a bit weird though. Although I've been eating sensibly, I have not really cut anything out. I'm still allowing myself a small bag of crisps or a freddo or something every now and then - no ill effects.
Also, been having bagels and still frying food in (minimal) butter or oil so I dont understand what caused the pains.
