I’m supposed to be taking part in a race that was postponed from 2 weeks ago. Current forecast is looking iffy for Sunday. Any thoughts on S E Wales? Do you think it will be ok??

South west here. Can’t believe we will get it again!

Am stocked up. DH not flying in from anywhere this time. He is due to fly out early Monday though. He came down with flu two days after his return last time and is still suffering so shouldn’t really be going anywhere anyway.

No plans for the weekend. Happy to hunker down.

It’s not looking great is it? I hope it shifts across a bit and misses us but it seems to look less promising every time I check. Do you think that there will be much lying snow? We are low lying and almost coastal so usually don’t get too badly hit- just outside Cardiff.

Just north of Sheffield here and it is now snowing heavily and starting to settle. Forecast to go down to -4 tonight.

I am officially past caring....I really do not want or need snow tomorrow when I'm hosting 100 people. Almost had a panic attack because of this bloody weather eaier today. The ONE day I could have done without it. Sorry...enough ranting...only popped in to tell OYBBK zone 2 here...and you are more than welcome !!!

I'm away from my ipad at the moment but driving wise this weekend in the south if you are going through an amber area I'd aim to complete travelling an hour or two before the amber warnings start.

I’ve just driven home (central south east) it’s still 8 deg. I was expecting it to be cold & for the roads to be gritted, not a bit anywhere...birds chirping.

Oh and when I got home there’s was a black bag moving around, outside the Vets 😳. So I had to investigate, I thought it was probably rubbish, but I had to be sure...couldn’t take the risk it was an animal. Thankfully nothing more sinister than than recycling masquerading as rubbish.

I'm so pissed off. The weather has crapped over my plans a dozen bloody times this winter. Sick of it. Got to drive up the M6 tomorrow and back on Sunday. That'll be fun. It's meant to be a nice outing but I'm just anxious about the pissing roads now.
