ContraryToPopularBelief You don’t need to time your gifts at the same time. When one of you opens a gift, it triggers it for both. So if you open a gift at 10am, that’s when you become ultra friends regardless of what the other player is doing.

You should only state a time if you or the other party wants to put a lucky egg on, so eg. ‘We’ll put lucky eggs on at 10am and you open my gift’.

There’s no point you both opening a gift, it’s a waste. So if someone opens your gift today, don’t open theirs until tomorrow.

Reddit suggests that new iOS update has a tendency to crash badly, and some people are needing to delete and reinstall - so probably worth waiting until tomorrow morning to update if you’re not going out.

I have an Android and I have to re-install frequently now. It's been a little bit better the last couple of days but for a few weeks I had to re-install several times a day. It's annoying.

That's great whattodo but aintnobody is still correct that lots of people over on the SilphRoad are reporting crash issues on iOS across various iPhones so perhaps worth people holding off if they won't have time to reinstall etc today.

Hi, been lurking around since the start, I’m Masso34! Does anyone know much about the berry bug? I got 7 stamps, fed a pinap to Raikou but then the app crashed. I can’t get any more stamps now. Would it be fixed if I log in on an android device?
