The eggs can also contain Alolans too which will be annoying unless they seriously reduce the percentage chance of hatching those.

You just know they won't.

I read somewhere that they removed the Alolan Rattatas from the eggs a while back. Not sure if its true and I can bet my luck will be first few eggs I accept will contain them .

OhLookHeKickedTheBall Alolan Ratatta’s haven’t been in eggs for quite some time which I think is a real shame as I was using them in my regular mass evolves.

I don't know what your area is like Wailmer but I see about 15-20 a day around my house!

SneakyGremlins I see Ratatta’s on a regular basis but I still really enjoyed them in eggs as it got my candy for them into the thousands, helping my multiple mass evolves per week.

Since Niantic are intent on removing Mewtwo’s exclusive status, with Mewtwo’s base catch rate having been exceedingly high at 6%, I really hope they nuke it down to 2% like Lugia and Ho-Oh.

That’s the very least I expect at this point.

I've done five Regirock raids.

Five consecutive raids where I got it with every ball, and it broke out, then fled.

Five consecutive raids where I got 0 rare candy.

Is this just bad luck? 🤔

With the advent of trading is there such a thing as an exclusive Pokémon though?

I think you can't currently trade Mewtwo.

I'm not sure on the candy Sneaky but despite the catch rate being similar/identical to other legendaries the real life perception of Regirock definitely seems to be that it's harder to catch (across two seperate groups I'm in). There are a lot of reports of having great/excellent curves on all balls and it breaking out. Combined with it being a bit rubbish and the number of T5 getting done has quite dramatically fallen!

You can trade Mewtwo but if one person hasn't got it then the stardust cost may be prohibitive.

I think no rare candy from 5 tier 5 Raids is very unusual.

SneakyGremlins Raid rewards are determined by your raid performance, the team controlling the gym and your gym badge rank.

So if you did poorly in the raid (didn’t contribute as much damage as others, used Pokemon that weren’t effective or had poor movesets, fainted more than others etc. etc.), another team is controlling the gym, and/or you only have a bronze or silver gym badge on that gym, your rewards will be lower and not as prestigious as the ones others recieve.

On the contrary, if you have gold on the gym, you contributed a lot of damage and/or your team has control of the gym, you are more likely to receive more and better rewards.

Raid rewards aren’t completely random; they’re individual and personal to you.
