Eighth legendary I've caught now that's got 89%

Delinking though have been reading for quite a while. I am another mainly lone player who only occasionally feels brave enough to join in with a raid.

I have just made it to level 39, but it will take me a lot of walking and catching to get to level 40, so a few more friends would help .

I have sent requests to a couple of posters who posted codes recently.

Stupidly, I'm not in a quiet area- I'm in London! I never seem to find groups of people together for raids, no matter what part I'm in!

I travel for work a lot though, so although I get to visit lots of different pokestops, I guess I miss out on particular raid times?

Does anyone know, if you’re static and don’t catch any of the Pokemon that are around (balls are limited and they’re boring), do more turn up; or do you need to ‘clear’ the boring ones?

OrianaBanana - as far as I’m aware, no. Pokemon “spawn” for a certain about of time - I believe 30 mins is standard bit longer in some cases. Once you’ve caught them that’s it but it doesn’t affect future spawns.

Incense will increase spawns but not a huge amount.

OrianaBanana Yeah, TakeAChanseyOnMe is right. Pokemon spawn and then last usually 30 to 45 minutes, however they have been known to last an hour to an hour and a half, however that is rare.

Incense doesn’t so much increase spawns and is pretty useless if you’re staying in one place. With incense, you get one Pokémon every five minutes or every 200m, so obviously you want to be walking while using it.

OrianaBanana!Now you know of a definite ex-raid gym, if you raid there at least once a week you should get ex-raid passes every so often when it’s chosen. It doesn’t need to be a legendary raid either, even one stars work

I got lucky on raids earlier. I pulled up at the local shops, realised Machamp was on, clicked on it and found someone else in the lobby. I'm hit and miss on soloing it.

Had my first go at Registeel too. It ran but the XP and items are always appreciated.

I've got an ex raid pass but can't use it. Frustrating as it blocks raids on one of the most accessible gyms too.

I have a spawn that lasts a whole hour in my house.

I can't imagine how a longer spawn would work, though.
