Sneaky I caught one of those in the wild too, and despite not being the best IV's, it's an absolute beast battling in gyms!! Well it seems that way to me! I'm sure you'll find it very useful!

Have just caught the second ditto of the day at my house. Perhaps I'm situated on special ditto ley lines! Wouldn't mind, but haven't found that task and I'm sure they'll disappear when I do.

Still no luck for me on the Ditto front, lol. Caught ~30 trash Pokemon (Pidgey, Rattata, Whismur) but no dice. Will up my quota of Pokéballs on my round of Stops and try again.

SneakyGremlins While Hitmontop/chan/lee can be found in the wild, it is unclear as to whether Tyrogue can be. They pretty much just come out of 5km eggs.

TangelasVine Ingress players really, really don’t like stops that aren’t correct, so chances are they’ve already submitted it as not being there anymore and in the next map change wave it will be altered.

It happened to my nearest stop; the shop it was shut down and Ingress players submitted it as not being correct. The stop didn’t go entirely though, it moved an inch and just changed the stop to something relevant.

So chances are you won’t lose the stop, it will just move slightly and become relevant again.

@MeetMeInMontauk some of the stops I visit most often are a Free Masons Lodge has a church. There’s also a stop near me that’s a large crucifix statue so the postcard says “Greetings from Jesus Christ.”

Whattodo no idea when it changed but it's not been the conservative club the entire time I've lived here - almost 5 years! I think a lot of stops in my town are old. There's a few called portals in the name which I understand is an old ingress thing. Would welcome a few new stops though

MEETME - I don't know if it's true or not, but I had read that Dittos like to loiter in car parks. I'm ashamed to admit that I once made a special trip to Asda in search of Ditto - and I got lucky. Since then I always seem to get them in Aldi car park too

I tend to find dittos in bunches. My second catch today was a ditto that went straight in. I've had 4 in the last few days. Before that its been a month/two months/whenever I needed that task for Mew. That time I also picked up about 3. And before that definitely months again grabbing a few. Maybe a weird thing to my area though.

Look at the beauty I hatched this evening. My pay off for not wandering off into the woods at midnight that time one spawned there.

My local stop is a defunct pub that has been a Gregg's for 2 years. Local ingress players clearly don't give a shit!

I have an EX Raid this lunchtime so hopefully there will be a raid with a new boss nearby. Is it weird that I'm more excited about Alola Raichu than new Regi?

Can I ask with Eevie, has anyone tried the renaming trick I’ve just read about to get the evolution you want? I’ve managed to get a Vaporeon and a Flareon so wondered if it actually worked!

It works! You can only use it once though. There is also a way to get more Umbreaons and Espeons which I've used as I needed to improve mine.

I reported a pokestop that wasn’t what it said anymore. Of course then it disappeared so that was daft.

There's an Eevee weekend coming up so if you're around for that you might want to wait for possible shineys!
For Unbreon and Espeon you need to walk with Eevee 10k then evolve whilst it's still your buddy at night or in the day for each. There's also a naming trick for those that can be used once.

Ooh thank you, wasn’t sure if it was just a fake fact! It’s just by chance that my two eveloved into different ones so will try and rename next time I want to evolve one.

If you evolve normally it's one out of Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon. To get the other two it's name trick or walk. I was very confused by this for some time - I've only ever got Vaporeon doing it randomly

Naming trick:

For Flareon, name it “Pyro.” For Vaporeon, name it “Rainer.” For Jolteon, name it “Sparky.” For Espeon, name it “Sakura.” For Umbreon, name it “Tamao.”

It should be noted that each of these naming tricks would only work once for each form
