I had eyes rolled out me for a ten minute sojourn to re-take a gym.

Oh don't tempt me Muddling!

I could have got 10 miles of Growlithe candy and hatched a couple of eggs this morning as the M1 was at walking pace all the way from Luton to the M25 junction, but my phone stays in my pocket whilost I'm driving so I'm not tempted to look at it. No chance to hunt today as I did a 12 hour shift driving with an hour drive each way there and back and I'm now too knackered to bother. Nearly 400 miles today...

Day off tomorrow as gotta get the car looked at. There's a leak in the cooling system that was supposed to have been fixed. Whilst it's being looked at I'll stock up on Pokeballs as I have next to none. And I'll try to get to 50 Growlithe candy so it goes in my mass evolve.

I got to 5.6km with my 10k egg. It wont hatch before midnight.

I only ever got 2 Growlithes which are shit CP so I have never worried about evolving them as I have to wait for a better on. Same goes for Vulpix.

My 2k egg was a fucking Pidgey.

Do you really need to worry about CP for vulpix? It's not really a good gym Pokemon anyway so more for the pokedex.

Doctor I leave my phone on in my bag when driving exactly for the reason you said - crawling traffic. I was on the A1 today on the way to Finchley and with the traffic I got 2 candies on my way. The others were done legally by walking

Hatched two 2k eggs - magikarp and zubat. Great. Picked up another 10k and have only just started cooking it.

With the dragonair ready to evolve I'm up to 133 on pokedex and half way through 28.

I suppose not. I'm about 12 candies off and I'm not too bothered about it. I'll buddy my Vulpix at some point.

I've got annoyingly close with a big walk tonight. Wonder what will happen to the half way one?

I hatched two vulpix and buddied one of them for ages (it was my first buddy) so do have a good ninetales and have used it as a defender just to show it off really! It's a thing of beauty.

I've dumped dragonair now and switched to Kadabra. I've done well on abra catches during the event and think it's my next hope for a three stage evolution.

This appeared tonight though. So annoyed it was in the water. So far out I couldn't reach it from the pier. Quite dangerous really!

I've completed the (non-regional, non legendary) pokedex! So chuffed. I do pay for incubators though so I hatch lots of eggs.

It's been an intense week. Manged to get a venusaur, charizard, raichu and Muk by buddying. I've walked miles and miles although I was helped by a bulbasaur egg hatching midweek.

On Monday I only had an aerodactyl left to get. A dratini ran away near Embankment and I was totally gutted (need them to power up my dragonite) but a few minutes after that, I hated the aerodactyl. So happy.

Next target is to get them all powered up to their max. My dragonite is on 2596 and I think it could get to 3000. It's currently stuck in a level 10 gym and I've got the candies I earned this week waiting to power it up so need it out!

I caught two really low CP Vulpix' and just left them, then I hatched a 443CP Vulipx during the event and got double candies which took me to 38 candies. No hurry and I will buddy it at some point.

I have Abra and Kadabra and also had 63 candies. I just hatched another Abra today and double candies have taken me to 101. Happy days.

I have a charmander that shows up every night without fail. When the map was working it showed it to be out in the depths of the marsh lands by the river and it isnt lit at all. No way in hell was I going in there.

Aghhhhhhhhhhh weird egg hatch glitch!

I was just sorting my Pokemon and had deleted all but one diglett which I renamed DigletXA and noted it's low'ish CP. my phone vibrated to alert me that a Pokemon was nearby so I closed the page and searched around just as a 5KM egg started to hatch... It was on 4.9 earlier in the evening so I wasn't too surprised as I get a little GPS roaming from the comfort of my sofa. When it hatched it was a diglett with the SAME CP as the one I had renamed earlier and the SAME name

I checked my journel and it confirmed that I'd hatched my own diglett and when I checked my Pokemon I still only had the same old diglett although it was now showing as a recent 'catch'

That's weird and a bit annoying isn't it? I definitely am not confused.

I've not heard of that happening before. Has anyone else heard of it?

A very cold late walk to restore my second gym holder, who was evicted earlier today. A few more Magikarp candies and Ghastlies before the event finished. Then realised it's 21 hours to colllect coins not 20 so forcing myself to stay awake till midnight to get my measly 20 coins. Up at 6 as usual. Grim.

Hubby thinks I am completely mad. At 11.30pm I went out for a walk to finish off an egg and get a dratini candy!

Mine hasnt stopped yet. Still getting double candy.

Just got another sodding eggecute from a 5k egg.

Whilst out there aren't many spawn spots near my house but I did manage to get a ghastly so that my ghastly candy is now over 1000! Now what to do with it all?!

queenliz I'll probably get an eggecute in my next egg as they have been my buddy for most of the last week.

I buddied it for a bit and now I have caught one wild and got 4 in eggs.

Bloody annoying.
