In terms of housing. I live in the pretty part of a big Scottish city and you can get a 80 square meter 2 bed flat for that here.

4/3 bed house mid terrace in a quaint village with amenities close by.

Should add that’s in South West England

Pretty decent 3 bed semi with a garage and off road parking if you’re willing to do a bit of work.

Not enough for a one bed flat, but there is a two bed flat in dodgiest part, with no photos of the inside.

3 bed semi

Anything between a 10 bed HMO, to a 2 bed apartment, or 3-4 bed house.

My specific postcode a 90s style small 3 bed detached with big garden. Wider area (3 miles or so) you can get a 3 bed detached newbuild, 4 bed detached older property (10+ years up to Victorian). You get a lot of bang for you buck in the midlands.

2 bed 1 bath flat is about as good as it gets from a quick zoopla search.

A one bedroom flat,or at a push a 2 bedroom maisonette. I live in West London.
