Thanks for kind words. Ds claims he would 'literally kill himself' if I made him leave the country or go to a boarding school. Have sat and looked at his progress towards megs (or not) today and discussed how things have to change. Suggested a change of school to one with better behaviour and classroom management (my school isn't shit across the board but some subject areas kind of are plus he's had 5 different form tutors in less than 3 years and god knows how many Maths teachers with varying commands of the English lesson and I'm really not loving their behaviour and pastoral approach at the minute). He says then he'd be the one naughty kid and stand out and end up getting removed from every lesson.

Bloody teenagers. Ds is fantastic, he was a fantastic child and I think he'll be a fantastic man but teens are tricky and he is not a good fit for sausage factories and I can't be too mad about that because I wasn't either.

Off to pick up hrt patches shortly - hoping they will be the miracle answer to everything or at the very list get rid of these nightmare hot flushes.
