Happy birthday Rule! I hope the test is clear. Sounds suspicious though. I hope you get well soon.

I'm to tired to talk about my non sleeping children. Actually I have to. One is going through a regression at the moment. Eldest was ok after age 5. (Had nearly actually killed me. I was ill with other stuff but unable to recover due to the sleep issues.) But second came not long after (memories are short!) so I've had not that far off a decade of crap sleep. Pregnancy was v healing though, I've not had the same physical issues this time. A few but not as bad.

My 2 and 3/4 yr old still very much needs a nap. (Though that rash thing lasted 6 weeks and I think made him sleepy.) Over the last year he's had the odd day here and there when he hasn't. He's v grumpy after though so we might start trying no nap.

He is though, usually, quite good at entertaining himself. Been a Clingon recently. Eldest has never been. And always been a bundle of energy.

Both have done the 45 min thing, though the youngest has always been more sleepy and often sleeps well, when he doesn't sleep it's bloody horrendous. It was hourly one night two weeks ago. Hourly ffs. Non work day the day after and I achieved nothing with them.

It's my birthday Very Soon this week and I'm too bloody old for this!

Sorry for everyone feeling the stress tonight. My school have gone screen free/no teaching tomorrow for children MH week. Kids have three off screen challenges - physical/mental/well being. Tuesday I’ve got my retinal eye screening which means I’m just setting work for half my lessons as I won’t be able to see. Which leaves me with only my weds which is a ‘nice’ day. I’ve got to make a presentation for parents/kids but have it planned mostly so, for once, feel not as stressed about week ahead. Also my new glasses hopefully will arrive meaning I can read again other than having my phone 1 cm from my nose....

I'm negative. So that's good.

We've got a screen free day on Wed too. Except we've got planning to do for T4.

Good news rule!! I can't believe how fast that result came through!

I've spent about 5 hours today writing year 11 reports. So I still don't have much in the way of lessons planned, but at least that's the last set of reports til after Easter.
