I'm pretty sure there was a snafu about somebody else using the same name or logo, @Badvocthebad, and it was said that Meghan hadn't even trademarked the name in time for the launch, so it got rebranded to "As Ever" with some word salad about the new name allowing for products to be more geographically spread
