Well we have had the attempted upstaging of the Welsh senate …..now the Oman state visit….we all hope that whatever advisors that they still have will not allow any thing to interfere with Aberfan! 🤞

I disagree. I think he's in his element, sticking it to his dad and brother while making sure he has the plausible deniability he engineered regarding the Scobie book. He'll be overjoyed tonite IMHO

I agree with you. He sees today as a win unfortunately

Well, historically HaM have often made announcements/"revelations"/moans on important national occasions for the RF.
So, my guess is they did know and aren't unhappy about it.
One can only judge people on past behaviour 🤷‍♀️

That.

They have form.

Badvocthebad · 20/10/2026 18:59

The family seem more united than ever, imo.
KC3 and the PoW have both been through serious health issues.
It rather reminds me of someone thinking they are integral to a company/family/charity, then flouncing and being very annoyed that their absence is not a huge loss!

ITV are asking if it suggests relations are thawing between H and KC. And that ‘the Palace isn’t jumping up and down about the interview which you could take as a positive sign…’

You could also take it that they are busy on state business and have no time to address the spewings of their gobshite relative.

What the hell has happened to ITV? What kind of response did they expect RF to give ?

hacnocteequitamus · 20/10/2026 19:00

I am hoping they were taking the proverbial.

I’m not sure they were.

Badvocthebad · 20/10/2026 19:01

Even ignoring the attacks on family members,H has attacked HMKs judiciary.
He is so stupid. He simply won't understand how serious that is, and the ramifications.

Thinking about it you are probably more than likely correct, a leopard doesn’t change his spots…….

ITV news featuring The Ginger Whinger and MeAgain ahead of the state visit coverage .

I am incandescent with rage ! 😡

Harry claims he “ comes from a broken family”.
WHO BROKE IT, YOU TWERP ? !!!!

Shame on ITV News and Chris Ship for capitulating to the epic gaslighting! KC will be furious this has overshadowed the state visit and Harry knows it, hence the rushed out statement that he was talking in general terms and not about William. Too late, mate.

The thing is, his PR people would've sat in on the interview and observed what he said. It's standard for this type of thing. So they knew he'd put his foot in it and still didn't intervene. Imagine the air is turning blue over at Sussex Towers tonight.

The four of them - the KIng and Queen, W & C - always seem very happy to be in each others' company.

Passingthroughagain · 20/10/2026 17:32

Just had a thought – if reconciling with family is so important to them, why isn't Meghan making peace with her dad? Posing in a cheap suit for a few tabloid pics is surely more forgivable than a sibling physically attacking you and pushing you into a dog bowl and your SIL making a racist comment about your baby?*

*Not that I believe for a second C did that.

Said this on the previous, very fast moving, thread @Passingthroughagain . How odd that it's all 'would love to reconcile' with the super rich bejewelled side of the family, yet it's not a factor with his not very well off father in law. What could the difference be? 🤔

Exactly they don't need H&M and their drama .. it's insane he thinks it's so easy to reconcile.

I agree. I think William and Charles have probably had some tough conversations over the years about Diana but have come through it stronger. I also suspect the hand of the Middletons in their closeness. As 'normal' people with an outside perspective, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Carol respectfully pointed out that his dad was wronged by the Palace by not being allowed to marry Camilla in the first place. She has the vibe of a woman comfortable with sharing opinions!

It's a shame and a lost opportunity that the interviewer didn't ask him who he was referring to, then we'd all be in no doubt.

What is it with these “journalists”? Push him, fgs! Don’t let him get away with his vague shade-throwing accusations and allegations.

Yes, I know - he wouldn’t agree to be interviewed if it was a serious, probing job. But surely they could ambush him - or lull him into a of security, as Emily Maitlis did with AMW?

Badvocthebad · 20/10/2026 19:14

Yes, Anne does a lot of visits/ceremonies.
Also, Sophie, who I'm not keen on, but she does do a lot of visits to Africa wrt womens health/rights.

Badvocthebad · 20/10/2026 19:14

Proper journalism doesn't really seem to be a thing anymore

readbutdonotpostoften · 20/10/2026 19:17

When HAM were in the RF as working members - they could easily do the "we don't want titles for Archie", "just call us HAM" and easy to choose a non-royal name for their son, as everyone knew they were WRF. I expect all their staff used their correct titles and forms of address. So they could play the PR game of "we are a modern couple and very relatable". Once they left it was a full U-turn to become full on royal, including name Lily Lilibet, insisting they were announced into (empty) rooms and so on.

It is the situation of they could act as though they were above all the titles etc when in the WRF, but as soon as they left they realised the only thing they could be was as royal as they could be.

hacnocteequitamus · 20/10/2026 19:17

If I wasn’t already ticked off at the bbc, they’ve finally gone too far binning Radio 4 extra.

MrsLeonFarrell · 20/10/2026 19:22

I don't see Archie and Lily as a problem for the family. Harry is an issue because he used to be a working royal and because he is Diana's son, which to some people gives him special status. Neither of those things are true for the little Sussexes, they are simply minor royals like the Tindall children, only with no royal adjacent public profile at all. They can do what they want and it is nothing to do with the monarchy.

Starryfifty · 20/10/2026 19:23

How is Harry's latest turd anything new? Therapy, grief, victimhood, blah blah. It has been done to death (pun intended)

KCitsweyourHammiewevecomehomenow · 20/10/2026 19:23

They were always plugging Nigel Farage and now Prince Harry.

Is this the best use of tax payers money, no wonder viewers are turning off
