Well we have had the attempted upstaging of the Welsh senate …..now the Oman state visit….we all hope that whatever advisors that they still have will not allow any thing to interfere with Aberfan! 🤞

Wasn't there another book planned after "spare"?
<fervently hopes not>

The difference between Kate & Meghan as well. I remember reading once that Kate ran into a pub loo with one of the kids as they suddenly needed a wee wee break. And Meghan’s kids need a motorcade to school…

I watched H’s interview in full.

My overriding impression is that it was extremely dull, rambling and uninspiring. There was a lot of self referencing, he sees himself as having wisdom to impart but in reality there’s no substance behind what he’s saying that could be of use to anyone.

He seems to think he’s doing important work and yet he can’t string a sentence together that demonstrates what that is.

He also came across as brittle and short tempered. There was no evidence of the warm and jokey Harry that the media seem to see. Even when he was exchanging so called banter with the interviewer it felt snippy. If that’s the way he responds to interviewers you can understand why they’re reluctant to push him. I don’t think it can have been a pleasant experience.

The only part of the interview I engaged with:

H - “I’m a Prince!”
Interviewer - “So?”

Thanks for putting yourself through that. Interesting summary.
He's just not engaging or charming, he's not doing much except for trading on his titles and moaning about his victimhood. How is that a long term plan?

Horrifying.

Thanks for another new thread!

My thoughts:

Catherine looked amazing and I loved the Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara, you've got to wonder if there was a bit of Fuck You in that as Diana famously wore that a lot. Because she was Princess of Wales, as Catherine is now though

Respect to the King for the welcome and for praising William

Harry still needs to STFU and FTFO but probably won't

The BRF are still playing a blinder by grey rocking and keeping extremely calm and carrying on

I wonder if the gruesome twosome will just piss off again? I hope so.

Last night's banquet showed the chasm between them, didn't it?

The next one will be on how he's moved on but no-one eyes has the same ability as him to do so. He's a real life muppet

Harry seems completely unaware of the hurt and distress he clearly caused the Queen and Philip in their last year. And how other family members might feel about that.

The world is a very different place since January 2020 and the "freedom flight".
People have no patience for the constant mis steps and whining of a very privileged 40 something man.
HaM are not needed and, arguably, the RF is better off without them.
My feeling is that HaM will claim the Sandringham agreement is not legally binding as nothing was signed and no nda insisted upon - I really could see a legal fight. He is that stupid.

He is. You know what? Let them get on with it. They're a spent force. William and Catherine are literally at the top table for international events. The Hams are desperate for people to cheer them at an event for their own personal promotion.
Quite the contrast.

They don't count. Only Harry and Meghan count.

...and self justification.

Nono22972 · 21/10/2026 09:06

This is why I can't with Harry.

The man went on national TV, basically said that his family was racist to his unborn child, almost pushed his wife suicide, low-key implied that the media, with the help of the RF briefing the press, caused Meghan's miscarriage.

And has now been talking about reconciliation for years.

I don't know, maybe we're the crazy one or Harry may be suffering from amnesia.

If everything he claimed is true, why would you want your children around these people?
How can he look Meghan in the eyes and tel’ her "too bad you suffered so much but I want my family back"

If he lied (which I believe he did several times), then how do you even fix this mess?

I don't know if many here are on social media but as a royal watchers on pretty much all platforms, we talk a lot about the abuse Meghan goes through on social media, but I don't think people realise the amount of abuse William, Kate and their kids get on social media

William gets accused of being a cheater and an abuser everyday of the week.

Kate gets attacked on her appearance, her weight, her marriage, her family.
Racism accusations everyday. She gets nicknames like KKKate (for those who know what the KKK is). They even had that nickname trend the day of the Queen's funeral.

The Where is Kate saga

The kids get attacked a lot as well

Honestly, I think too much has happened for reconciliation but who knows?

Dontevenlookatme · 21/10/2026 09:09

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 08:52

Its just california therapy speak. Psycho babble.
He's a laughing stock.

Yes it sounded that way to me, jargon. He kept referring to things being “a piece of” this or that. I’m sure I’ve heard Herself using the same phrase.

Tbf, it’s not all down to the influence of MM. Charles did it too.

Charles and Diana were interviewed by Alasdair Burnet a year or so after they married, it’s on YouTube if anyone’s interested.

Thirty-odd year old C is pontificating like a sage but missing the point and sounding utterly banal. Diana meanwhile immediately gets to the nub of the question and answers precisely and with aplomb.

Same with Andrew in his and Sarah F’s engagement interview.

The Windsor men do not have great brains but seem to think they do. William at least gets that when he speaks from the heart, people listen.

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 21/10/2026 09:09

If Harry reads what KC said then lets hope he gets the message, which is, we don't need you thanks, my OTHER son is doing a stellar job. Somewhat the reverse of what his little diatribe yesterday was hoping to achieve.

RF always pitches its clapbacks perfectly.

I just don’t get their argument regarding the Sandringham agreement, saying they no longer agree to it. Even if they don’t, it changes nothing, what are they going to do, go to court to force the Royal family to ‘take them back’ as sort of reverse divorce. Like going back to a company you left years ago and saying you have to give me my job back. It makes no sense.

They can make a much noise as they want but the Royal family hold the cards here and they are never going to appear at any royal events unless the Royal family wishes it so.

I think this is where KC has learned. He reads widely, he listens to people, and more importantly, he takes advice. He realises that it's not all about him.
Meghan asked a girl in a deprived part of Nottingham if she'd ever been to California. That just demonstrates her approach and how out of touch she is.
Harry told the children to get off their phones and not share photos. That just demonstrates how arrogant and hypocritical he is; he was sharing images of them for personal promotion, he does the same with his own children.
My point is that there's been no learning curve with H&M, just self absorption.

Exactly & he wants a reconciliation as there's too much drama in the world.
I hope this olive branch he's offering also extends to Meghan's father?

But what would a legal fight do ? What good would it be for them to claim they are not bound by the Sandringham Agreement?
They can’t force the RF to include them in private or public events . They can’t force them to allow them to undertake ( exciting) Royal duties .
They can’t force them to even speak to them .
The RF however can remove their titles .

Yes, it was quite a relief to hear Charles’s speech tbh.

It’ll fly right over Harry’s head though.

I know what you mean about the amnesia, @Nono22972. Harry seems to have forgotten all about his damaging, hurtful and hate mongering behaviour.
He really can't remember much, or with any accuracy.
