Well we have had the attempted upstaging of the Welsh senate …..now the Oman state visit….we all hope that whatever advisors that they still have will not allow any thing to interfere with Aberfan! 🤞

I just don’t get their argument regarding the Sandringham agreement, saying they no longer agree to it.

They don't get that they don't have the power here and that the RF does. As far as the RF are concerned, Sandringham agreement still holds and HaM are out. It's irrelevant whether they agree to it or not.

It's like being fired from your job (which essentially they have been) and saying 'I don't agree I've been fired, I want to come back to the office, when can I come back to work?' while your manager's saying loud and clear 'You don't work here any more, and BTW, you don't represent us.'

And I wonder if H has realised that the palace listened to his maunderings yesterday (as I'd expect them to do) and HM tailored that bit of his speech as a response.

They weren't even fired of course - they quit! They "found freedom". 🥱
I think KC's speech would have been written beforehand, but it's great karma!

I'm just staggered at the sheer arrogance of thinking he has superior understanding and knowledge of all subjects to impart to the unwashed masses. He's such an entitled obnoxious little prick.

Absolutely 💯. I think more than her inability to grasp her royal role, was being unable to let go of everything she’d built herself pre-H. But it wasn’t much… TV show, her blog. Hence how she referenced The Tig when promoting As Ever, as if it had been a big deal at the time.

The A-listers only turned out because they were invited to a royal wedding. MM certainly did not mix in Hollywood circles, Montecito was not the hob-nobbing hub she’d envisioned. She did think PH was marrying HER rather than the other way around. That’s her fatal mistake.

As far as half in half out is concerned, they are now neither viable as royals or commercially. Had they listened & understood… If As Ever was to be a success MM would need to be on US TV right now wearing a Santa hat, flogging her wares. Not cosplaying Princess of Nottingham.

Absolutely. They've got the worst of both worlds when if they'd only had a modicum of common sense and humility, they could have had the best of both.

They're not making any money, yet have none of the royal prestige, status and perks. If they'd played it right, they could have pursued commercial interests, while still keeping some of the 'royal glitter' by remaining on good terms with the family and being attending occasional family events. Now, nobody in the family wants anything to do with them, all their projects have flopped and they're reduced to faux 'royal visits' on an industrial estate in Nottingham. It really didn't have to be this way, but it's hard to see any way back for them now.

William has really come into his own in the last few years as heir. Possibly because he's had to, with the King being ill, but don't you think he has an air of maturity and statesmanship about him that wasn't as evident pre-Freedom Flight?

Apparently – I've just seen this on x.com – Harry thought William wouldn't cope with the pressures of the role without him and he's deeply frustrated that he's patently no longer needed by his brother, or wanted.

I’ve seen that somewhere before - he’s shocked that William hasn’t asked for his help 🤦‍♀️
The delusion knows no bounds

Honestly i think William has flourished without the responsibility of his brothers needy behaviour i know from personal experience the relief you get when someone's emotional stability is no longer your responsibility

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 09:26

I genuinely think they are that deluded, though.
I think the best thing that the RF can do is strip their titles.
They aren't ever going to stop bleating so rip off the plaster.

twinklystar23 · 21/10/2026 09:26

Not sure how this will end. HaM come with so many risks not just in the constant drama and trying to grab headlines the current one being a significant example, they are destabilising to the UK at a time when stability is much needed given international affairs.

So can only think the outcomes would be:

  1. RF continue to ignore. Hams go back to the US a) Together and try to rebuild from there. b) Meghan on her own as the start of a split leaving Harry A& in yhe UK. Or the hope that there may be the start of a reconciliation (I did read that their PR thought it would be worth Harry reestablished connections) then Meghan could be gradually reintroduced. Prior to the return.
  2. Some sort of truce. For the HAMS to retain limited family adjacency only. To remain out of the media not give interviews NDAs though think even the initial stage of this would be immensely difficult even if negotiated via lawyers. Let alone the risk to the future of the monarchy and sadly I think even A&L could be perceived as a risk given anything innocently fed back on what anyone said could be twisted and misconstrued, children wouldnt be bound by NDAs either, so would need to be tightly pinned down in any agreement.
  3. The ongoing situation continues with HAM crossing a line forcing the HoS to act, by removing titles and removal from the LoS.
4 The slimming down of the monarchy takes place when W ascends and removes their titles as in no. 3. This might be the least objectionable situation. As by then HAMS would be sidelined especially once the Wales children become of age. They would not have represented the monarchy for two decades could be living abroad again so much easier in that case.

Just can't see 2 happening at all, just too complex a situation not just currently but for the future. Also Meghan would never want to live in relative obscurity.

  1. Possibly depends how serious a situation is that warrants removal of titles etc. Thinking 4 most likely.

I think he believed he would be needed when both KC and C were ill .
Did he not offer to return to help ?

The Buckingham Palace jellycat rip-off key ring thingies are rather lovely, and less than half the price of the jellycats. My late teen/early twenties DDs have them.

They do indeed look like Jellycat and I hope KC3 has a licensing agreement with them as Jellycat have a number of copyright infringement lawsuits pending.

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 21/10/2026 09:33

Some sort of truce. For the HAMS to retain limited family adjacency only.

If that was going to happen I reckon it would have happened already and we'd have heard because they wouldn't be able to resist crowing about it.

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 09:33

That odd dash back to the uk when KC3s cancer dx was revealed...they didn't ask him and I suspect it was the last thing HMK wanted !
But..as ever (sorry!) What H wants is more important.

I think he thought, pa's ill, present myself in person and they'll HAVE to ask me to come back and help out.

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 09:38

Every single thing they do is utterly cringe worthy
And I have to ask the qeustion:
If the RF and Migs are such monsters, if HaM were so unhappy that M was suicidal, then why on earth do they want back in to such a "toxic" environment?
Their efforts get RAVEC to provide security due to their massive safety concerns, then posting exa try where they will be and when.
Criticism of HMKs judiciary because a court case dodnt go their way.
Just....what!??

Mylovelygreendress · 21/10/2026 09:39

The Squad are not happy . Heavily criticising Harry for wanting to reconcile with people who made life so awful for their beloved Meghan.

FancyKitten · 21/10/2026 09:40

There is a reason they’ve had to flee he US so unexpectedly (probably financial) & it will come out. But, what a mess. It’s all optics with HAM. Meghan has not yet realised that press coverage / PR does not translate to a payday.

She keeps just showing up, in fancy designer outfits, hoping that she’s on to an earner. She could have done that within the RF. No, it wasn’t the billionaire lifestyle she had hoped for, but at least they paid her bills!

As I added this I thought of so many issues it would bring -even an NDA prior to negotiations - if they wouldn't agree to that it would give them something else to sell! So yes I agree ! This staying I the media must burn itself out surely at some point🤔

It struck me after I read your post that perhaps he meant it’s the MIGS who don’t want it to work out.

He seems to blame them for loads of things.

Maybe he means MM doesn’t want it to work out? Her actions would indicate this. Who on earth would post a swan emoji on a very public platform indicating support for the total character assassination of your FIL on the world stage.

Surely that was the nail in the coffin. How could anyone engage with someone who shows their true malicious and vindictive soul.

Starryfifty · 21/10/2026 09:45

I really don't know where this will end. One thing I'm sure of is, HAM will NEVER agree to not discussing the RF and staying out of the headlines. They are addicted to it. Both of them

The Netflix deal is no more as the woman who favoured them has parted way with Netflix. There have been massive job cuts.

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 09:47

I think the marriage is on shaky ground.
I think they'll go to the US for Christmas and M won't come back.
She is probably realising her best money making opportunity is post divorce tv and books.

I'm not very emoji literate...what did it mean/signify?
