If - as I suspect - the titles will be removed , what would her divorced name be ? Meghan Markle ?
Or would she just keep using it ?

Like Andrew, I guess they'd both be (first name) Mountbatten Windsor, but IMO it's quite possible Meghan would go right on calling herself whatever suited

Same principle with the many suggestions about Charles bailing them out "with conditions". FWIW I firmly believe he's never stopped supporting them - if it happens at all that may have to wait for William's reign - but I'd also say the chances of them honouring any such conditions are nil

That thread is hilarious but I haven't contributed because, unusually for me, I was lost for words!!!!!!

Just post a few Tom cruise giffs! 😁

I don’t recognise the names you’ve mentioned apart from Lownie and it my belief that the man is an absolute and utter stinky smelly bum toad.

I think he's a spiteful toad. God knows Andrew is obnoxious, but some of that biography read like Lownie was making it really personal (at least, the excerpts I read did).

cheezncrackers · 04/10/2026 14:39

if I were Charles……I’d tell them both to bugger off!
harry is a 40 year old man now , it’s about time he sorted himself out and Charles should not need to baby him anymore.

I agree, but I think HAM's failure to make it on their own and unforced return to the UK presents an opportunity for the RF. I don't think H has had the conversation with KC yet. By all accounts, KC was as blindsided as the rest of us by HAM's sudden return. Apparently, it wasn't mentioned during the friendly little visit over tea that they had in July.

💕

I bought a rather nice garden dress in the sale today for when our gardening season starts in a week to 10 days. It was in the sale, my bargain of the year at 10 pounds and what’s more the sizes were so wrong I fitted into a 10 instead of my usual size 14.

I’m very happy.

Unfortunately you can’t make agreements or conditions with people who lie and have no concept of reality, nothing will ever be good enough and they will never stop flapping their gobs! 🤷‍♀️

I think they should be provided with a house within about 30 miles of Balmoral. And a couple of pairs of wellies. Nothing will keep them away from paps more than the brisk Scottish weather. And I live up that way so can spot our Megs in Lidl pottering down the central aisle or buying make up dupes. They could go and support Dundee United and we could get Harry an orange Irn Bru t shirt.

beigetriangle · 04/10/2026 14:43

if no title couldn't they change names per deedpoll as if?

after all, I know a few girls/women with the name 'princess'

I was just thinking no WAY is she 5 foot 6

Edited

No way is she 5 foot 6 at most 5 foot 3, she is very conscious of her lack of height hence the huge high heels and the standing on tip toe when she is photographed, see link below, she does it a lot.

People online tracked down the ugly light brown "elevator" shoes he wore the the Diana statue unveiling that made him taller

Sometimes he just goes for high heels

That one photo of him shows what an arse he is.

Ok, @jeffgoldblum & @twosmallaxolotls I've given in and added my pennyworth (but I'm sure it will fall on deaf ears)

No, Castle of Mey!
(The seals say Bloody hell, it's her again. Quick lads, scarper, in whatever is the appropriate vernacular for the region.)

I was just going to say Bollocks on that other thread, but someone got in before me.

No, NO, NO

Didn't H attribute M's pregnancy to the seals at the Castle of Mey?

When my aunt was training to be a doctor she did a rotation on the maternity ward. One of the mums called her baby DD Queen Elizabeth Grin

cheezncrackers · 04/10/2026 15:09

So some of you have very rightly pointed out that Meghan will never agree to shut up and you're right. She's been wanging on about 'being silenced, not silent' and that she was 'like Ariel in The Little Mermaid - I lost my voice' since her last stint in the RF.

You know, I think Harry on his own might agree to shut up to get his old life back, a nice house in the country, his jolly chums, etc, but Meghan won't, so either they split up (which might suit her very nicely) or it will be a 'No' from them. But then what?

twosmallaxolotls · 04/10/2026 12:57

Blimey, calm down! 😂
I'm just reacting to what appeared to be a criticism of her clothing style. You said her dress style looked "awful". However, your sharp response would indicate that you don't criticise her dress sense completely.
My point is that I think it's much, much harder for older women in the public eye.

As a woman 'of a certain age' but some years younger than Camilla, the only 'fault' I find with her dressing is that she needs more supportive foundation garments.

I'll admit that age definitely takes it toll, gravity wise, but it is possible to find brassieres that are more supportive than hers appear to be. An 'inadequately supported bosom' can ruin the lines of even the best dress.

As far as M's dressing goes, I actually think she looks better in neutral colours than jewel tones. So if she was wearing beige at times back in the day, it's probably because she knew the colour suited her.

M will have to choose between saying what she likes and money if she wants tge marriage to cotinue.

The question of whether H wants to stay in the marriage is fundamental.

I think that was the 2nd pregnancy

This is the story of the 1st pregnancy (apologies to anyone who is eating their Sunday lunch)

Charles advised Harry and Meghan that if they saw a seal, they should sing to it because the creatures often sing back.

While walking on the beach, the couple spotted seals. Harry tried singing to them first with no reaction, but when Meghan joined in, numerous seals popped their heads up and responded to her song.

Harry took this as a sign that his wife "really is magic". Excited, he stripped down and jumped into the water to swim near them.

Soon after returning home, Meghan became pregnant with their first child, an outcome Harry playfully attributed in part to the magic of the seals.

Yeah, I wonder how happy they are behind closed doors? Meg isn't exactly known for her staying power in relationships and there are lots of indications that this one may have run its course.

So if KC makes them an offer and H wants to say yes and she doesn't, perhaps it would suit them both to go their separate ways? I think H would give a lot not to have to actually earn his own living. I get the feeling that the last six years of the real world has been pretty painful for him - he just wasn't raised to know how to live like the rest of us - and on that point alone I actually feel for Meghan. Living with someone who's never had to pay a bill in their life must be seriously fucking irritating!

Was it? Thank you. I have to say I get Harry's completely bollocks stories confused, so I appreciate your clarification!
