Inappropriate photo op for William and catherine

This was at an event this week. But the photo just made me gasp. It looks like the elderly woman is being used as a prop, rather than being treated in a dignified way.

Odd photo and what's going on with Williams weird smile? The poor woman in the middle looks lost and disorientated.

I mean, I am half the age of that poor lady and I can look way worse if you choose the right (or wrong) angle!

Yep. I checked the source and it is the same lady. The photographer clearly did multiple quick flash photos.

I am very pleased to see that no newspaper used the less flattering photos of the elderly lady. I always look terrible on photos so she has all my sympathies. Although if I make it other age, I will be very proud!

On a tangent, out of context photos are a trusted PR tool agencies or lobby groups (edited from "group') use to mould opinions.
