It appears M has leaked her own mobile number on a school WhatsApp group for a school I am not even sure her kids are at.

If it wasn’t a phone she used specifically for the school/class WhatsApp group then it was a deliberate ploy to help get security. But that said, if her initial post on the WhatsApp up group has been leaked it doesn’t say much for the lowlifes who shared her message/phone number. Just why would you do that to someone/anyone?

How has it gone so wrong for them in 2 weeks when we had none of this in the past 6 years?

It’s deliberate. All of it.

How do the 4x4 daily convoys fit with the travelyst (or whatever it’s called, travesty seems more appropriate) eco message?
I believe Megan is behind all of this convoy nonsense as she sees herself as a Hollywood A lister - though never was.

They are Teslas?

stillavid · 16/09/2026 05:30

I have a crazy theory that they are angling for a move to Windsor and to get the children into Lambrook as it is a known quantity from a security perspective. They also know it would infuriate William.

StartupRepair · 16/09/2026 05:42

Has any parent in history ever enrolled their child in a new school without considering the distance from home and how long it will take each way? Extraordinary.

BemusedAmerican · 16/09/2026 06:01

They have already been told no for Frogmore Cottage. KC should offer BP. The kids can enroll in the same school in London and take the Tube.

Michael Bloomberg when he was mayor of NYC used to use the subway to get to work. My impression is that the Tube is much safer. Harry is ex-military. He can manage mass transit.

Edited typos.

But they see it as a huge success. Constant headlines and a massive embarrassment to the RF

I dont see why they RF should be embarrassed.

No, the only people they're embarrassing is themselves, they look like utter fools.

BillyBites · 16/09/2026 06:22

Another drama re: a phone and WhatsApp. There’s no way it will have been Meghan’s regular phone and number. So, no harm done, just change the number BUT I think it was a pretty shitty thing for another parent to do, to be honest.
And, in the absence of “40 paps snapping the kids every morning on the school run,” as alleged by Meghan years back, it paints Brits in an unsavoury light (compared with the American parents in Montecito who presumably respected their privacy). It’s up for debate whether this was intentional on the Sussex’s part.

Mylovelygreendress · 16/09/2026 06:43

Another day , another drama .
What next ?
All this to get what William has .

Lookatmelookatmedontevenlookatme · 16/09/2026 06:44

I don’t believe for a second it was leaked by another parent. But if, as is alleged, the opening comment was “Hi Moms!” she pretty well announced herself. Mom is not a term used by middle and upperclass parents in the UK. Fellow parents will have cringed themselves inside out.

PrivateCapacityFanny · 16/09/2026 06:45

SanguineAutumnalCrow · 15/09/2026 21:41

Apparently Harry’s Chief of Besties is actually an experienced professional called David Langdown. The mind boggles as to what an inexperienced non-professional might have come up with re the school run fiasco.

Someone’s laughing all the way to the bank.

We once had a friend whose husband was a very senior private security guy, ex-special forces blah blah blah and who was always being flown off to the middle east to do secret stuff for horribly rich people and to meet him you'd think he would have struggled to become a sergeant, the guy was a berk; dull, bolshie and slow on the uptake.

Perhaps it runs in the industry because the one thing you had to admit was that he was genuinely successful and undoubtedly well off.

Anyone ever leaked Catherine’s number ? Only thing I have ever read is that she joined some other school Mums for a drink in a pub . That and the fact that W and C take their DC to sporting activities.
It can be done ! No need for announcements, convoys etc

There’s been a heist!

I’m wondering how HaM’s hapless PR will spin this one …

Copies of Uncle Spencer’s book about St Diana of the Car Boot Boyfriends have been nicked, the book that was to be serialised in the Mail for £££. Now it’s in the hands of awful furrin bandits.

https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-16134057/Earl-Spencers-bombshell-new-book-stolen-copies-Earls-explosive-book-sister-Diana-King-reacted-death-taken-raid-Dutch-lorry.html

According to the Times they only took four copies from the van.

Imagine being a hardened Dutch van holder upper and you get all your heist gear ready, stop the van, tie up the poor driver and open to doors to find bitter old Spencers' warmed over fictionalised recollections!

Is that really what was said?

Where is Meghan the Feminist - why is 'best dad in the world' in the group?

We know they leak to the press, I know who my money is on.

PigglyWigglyOhYeah · 16/09/2026 06:59

I am increasingly concerned about those two children. They must feel completely at sea, whisked to a new country, a new house, new people (although hopefully they have kept their nannies), new school and now another new school within days. I’m glad their dog, at least, is there to provide some stability for them. I don’t care how many fishing trips, quad bike rides, walks in the woods those kids experience, what they need is to know their lives are on an even keel, not lurching from one drama to another and being used as pawns in a game of ‘Let’s get our security paid for by the British taxpayer.’

I don’t doubt that their parents love them very much, but their parents need to start putting them first. Given reports of how Meghan flings herself around hysterically in the face of just about anything, and Harry’s rage and paranoia, I can’t imagine that home is a quiet, relaxing haven. It’s ironic that at one point Harry said he thought he was needed to look after the Wales children properly. I cannot imagine William and Catherine putting their children through all this drama and upheaval.

Theunamedcat · 16/09/2026 07:08

You can use nicknames for WhatsApp you dont even need to use your number? So why are they dumb enough to use their number 🤔

Shame grandad cant reenact that old law and take the grandchildren give them some stability at this point im actually worried for a strangers child and their mental health

Totally agree. I read something recently about how Meghan flies into a rage if she reads anything bad about herself, then takes to her bed and won't get up. If true, that's very damaging for her children.

I know someone who worked at the school where her kids used to be. She has friends amongst the other parents and behaves very normally.

I presume you are joking here as BP is currently uninhabited due to extensive renovations and I don’t think they have been offered any royal residence as they are private citizens 😆

I agree . HAM are so selfish that they do not seem to consider that their DC’s wellbeing should be their priority not their own inflated egos.
As for Nannies, I think I read that at least one hasn’t relocated so more upset .
This won’t end well.

Imo, they're pushing too hard and too fast to get the security they want.
Dropping these things over a period of months might have looked believable; dropping them over a couple of weeks looks like they're settling themselves up to fail.
They're desperate for that IPP status. Once they've got it, Meghan will be back to Montecito so fast it'll make your head spin.
