A continuation of the shenanigans of our favourite non working royals! 😁

He’s weak, enabling and 5 years too late. An entitled and pathetic man and like I’ve said before, you can see where his youngest son gets it from.

But before the Charles Squad jump on me I won’t be derailing this thread to talk about Charles. The last one was boring enough with all the Diana posts!

I’m not sure what the “Charles “ squad is? , posters on this thread are not a hive mind , I’m also unclear as to why after I thought we were all posting together in a friendly manner that you would go out of your way to antagonise other people?

Thanks for the new thread, @jeffgoldblum.

I am with @MrsLeonFarrell and @AlwaysRightISwear in being very uncomfortable with the blind items being referenced with the same seriousness as reported facts.

These rumours have been about TwiX and other parts of the internet for years, along with other unsavoury conspiracy theories about the Sussexes (and other RF members). They are usually avoided on MNet.

Although I do agree and feel that they must be labelled as “gossip “ rumours only , I do think that people who ask should have a right to know what is being discussed.
And you are very welcome @bluegreygreen! 👋

Aah! That makes sense! The letter was sent last Tuesday and on Sunday, there were stories about M reconnecting (or something like that) with UK charities in the media so BP realised H and M hadn’t learnt the lesson so they went public

Not according to Rebecca English

The letter was sent to the duke and duchess's team shortly before it was made public, without any discussion over its contents, the Mail understands.

Yes, it seems that there was an error in the first draft of the Times story.

From the ipaper this evening (I suspect most media outlets will have received this comment):

The Sussexes’ office did not respond immediately but a friend of the couple insisted that Harry, as the King’s son and brother of the future monarch, could never be an entirely private citizen.

“Some people will say, ‘But they’re private citizens.’ Nonsense. Utter nonsense. They are two of the most high-profile people in the world,” the friend insisted. “The idea that Harry, who is the King’s son and brother to the future King, could ever live an entirely private life is for the birds.”

Really @Serenster? Not even a day before the inevitable clap back! 🙄
and welcome it’s lovely to see you! 👋

In those 'blind items' Harry is always referred to as 'the ginger haired cuck'...what is that? Is it short for cuckold? Is there an implication that there are 'three in the marriage '?!

I think it refers to the Soho House guy - Marcus? - who seems to go everywhere with them.

I understand there is a book but don’t know details . There’s a new pretty shocking blind tonight but I am not going to link it as I know some people are uncomfortable about them as they are rumours not facts .

A lot of the recent blinds seem to date from her time living in Canada so perhaps her "old friends" there are dishing dirt having been ghosted.

That ‘some people’ was The King.

He just can’t just STFU can he?

Hilarious - no response from the Sussex office but magically some friends on messenge rock up to speak out.

What does ‘business card producer’ mean?

@StartupRepair Well Edward VIII was sent to the Bahamas…….

Yes they were not informed of the contents and did not receive a copy last Tuesday, they received it shortly before it was made public.

So it was issued privately last Tuesday to government stakeholders but only released to the media this afternoon after only recently being put under the noses of H&M?

Maybe H&M got wind of it when bothering / grifting an official and were directly told ‘Not possible as per BP directive’ they then tantrumed and threatened to tell the press on the bossy BP - so they got out ahead of them?

bluegreygreen · Today 00:17

No, I think it's been sent to everybody today, but the Times initial story messed the days up (that's how I read it anyway).

All flash, no substance. I guess everything is coming out again as it is well known how Meghan made her way into Harry’s life. Mind you, she isn’t the first to succeed in her endeavours. And she won’t be the last. Not by a long shot.

Max Azria, BCBG designer. He died in 2019.
This was taken at fashion week.

I found this article in Glamour by Meghan about attending Fashion week for the first time.

I’d never seen before. Wildly different person to how she comes across now.

This is my take as well, it’s The Times who have messed up and caused confusion 🙄

The DM have updated their story during the day. What they currently say re timing:

Publication of the letter came as Prince Harry conducted his first official outing on Monday since arriving back in Britain

The letter was sent to the duke and duchess's team shortly before it was made public, without any discussion over its contents, the Mail understands.

I am imagining H+M were fuming about this statement, maybe there was a bit of a row along the lines of “we’ll do what we want and if there’s any comeback from you Pa, we’ll make this public so everyone can see how mean you are”. And so Charles said not to worry, he would release it himself.

Oddly enough there used to be a frequent poster on here who would always insist they were private citizens therefore they could do and say as they like. Obviously the Sussexes never thought that!

Can you imagine their Christmas planning now? Who is going to whose house, what food are they bringing? Who sits where.....

But they will be spared all the annoying in-laws, it'll be just the 4 of them in their little bubble, very MN!
