Yes, same with the clothes stolen from the photoshoot, most people didn’t believe it, apparently, that rumour had being doing the rounds on SM for years and it was resurrected again when she wore the clothes on her show, which people claimed was the proof she had taken them, that’s when they did their weak clapback, which confirmed the rumours were true after all.

I can remember in absolute detail conversations/events that happened decades ago - it's remembering what happened yesterday that I have trouble with!

Here is another very odd clapback, this time from David Foster about supposedly blanking Meghan when she was trying to direct him to a place in the photograph.

I'm pretty sure if someone was making a fuss/major scene about something unusual (goody bag) in the reception area of a posh hotel many witnesses would remember it to some degree for many years afterwards.

I guess the only wriggle room HAM might have is that the ID of the complainant might get blurred in the memory over time.

I have met Sarah Vine and she is a formidable woman (in a good way). I was fortunately on the right side of her and she still scared me. God help me if I had got her back up.

I think this explains why most of their rich ‘friends’ are a different generation to them, it’s all to do with these friends and a parasocial relationship they had with Diana at the time.

They've misunderstood the Istanbul incident as I see it. She didn't need to remember MM's face 10 years later. She just had to see her in the news as PH's girlfriend. So more like months than years later.

It would have been easy to say she wasn’t even at the Soho House opening in Istanbul - she could have been working on set on Suits. So she was at least there.

It seems she wrote about it on her blog at the time, so she could not now say she wasn’t there.

The David Foster clap back is nuts. Why didn't he say, my wife is a dear close friend of Meg, he would never ignore her.

Every clapback they make just shows each story to be true. It also shows that they read every single story about them and that they get annoyed by the stories. It’s the worst PR strategy ever.
