Reminds me of an ex boss of mine. I was supposed to be presenting to the whole team about how we were going to run an event, when the post arrived and the boss opened it and started slagging off the details (of the proofs THEY approved...).

Then they started picking at the plans I'd made, consulting them, of course. I'll never forget the colleague who put their hand up and said, "I think we ought to listen to what Ninky has to say".

Incidentally, this boss was a ginger who decided to bugger of in live in California and try to run the company from there! He reminds me a lot of the pair of them!

Just watched this. Putting the do's behind the says. What the hell does this mean ? Also, meg is missing the whole point of the message of this movie. Jesus woman, it would take less than 30mins to do a bit of research

Maybe H wasn’t properly doing the doings ahead of the sayings and then he needed Meg to show him how to be all about the learnings and the givings, and now they have the waitings for the fruitings of the nestings and the hatchings of the griftings.

@CocolapewI actually came in to post about the giggle and hand to mouth thing she did in video. She’s as false as false can be.

I can't believe I've resorted to Wiki. Both Katherine and Meghan grew up in Los Angeles. They didn't go to the same schools but both their fathers worked in television so it's not outside the bounds of possibility that they have known each other since they were young.

Bit strange not to invite a lifelong friends to your wedding but maybe she was busy.

She was busy - she'd just debuted in the lead role of Waitress on Broadway a few weeks before the wedding date. So really, a good reason to miss a wedding. I actually had forgotten that she was the original lead until I heard a song from the show on a Musical radio show the other day and they said it was her singing in the soundtrack.
Edited to say - just checked Wiki and she wasn't in the original cast but a replacement. Still a valid reason though. She may be a friend but MM doesn't appear to spend time with her, except on a red carpet with photographers.

Except it was a royal wedding. I don't know about you, but I'd turn up if I had an invite from the Palace!

Edited to add: And all those other famous and important people were also pretty busy, yet somehow managed to squeeze a wedding (of people they had never even met, in many cases!) in to their schedules.

It was said on X that they were friends when young, lost touch but Meghan reconnected when K got engaged to a very wealthy man.
