Eugenie gave birth to a daughter on Monday. She was born in Lisbon, Portugal.

The baby’s name has not been revealed yet.

This doesn't explain anything, though. You don't say where you heard that Andrew insisted on special privileges for his daughters because of their blood. You don't say what special privileges Andrew allegedly insisted on. Andrew's daughters have received no special privileges.

Which special privileges have they received beyond the standard "privileges" that any child of a son of the monarch gets? You make it sound as though Andrew demanded something beyond what is standard and legal.

I have so many books on my to read list and Andrew Lownie sounds like someone who talks a lot of bs to me. Surely it can't be that difficult to say in a couple of sentences "Andrew insisted on x, y, z for his daughters"?

Or maybe not. Maybe don't deflect Bunny's question?

If Meghan had provided a picture of her children from the back view about an hour after the births would she have been lambasted for not letting us see the faces or praised for being so quick off the mark?
