Was I the only one that felt a little badly for the MN team member who tried to get our input in order to help build a guide for this forum recently? That didn’t go as planned!

Am in the only one who laughed about Justine’s “The Royal family forum
is deranged” comment and can take it in stride? That thread was definitely an example!

I am proposing we try again and help crowd source a guide. I just ask that we don’t be so RFF, and have a sense of humor while we do so. I’ll paste my draft attempt below. Everyone is welcome to contribute however they like.

Cheese and pigeons mainly.

I’ve really no idea what this thread is about now, but I’m enjoying it for its randomness (and happy to add to it!)😊

So if someone went onto PR disasters and starts mentioning Andrew we shoukd t see any comments abojt derailing then after all according this unofficial guide conversation meander and other things can be mentioned and discussed 💁‍♀️

Hygiene is a must as far as I’m concerned!! , and I’m afraid pigeons as much as I don’t mind them in the garden, are not a “hygienic bird” 🤷‍♀️

I don’t know. This is a thread about this forum and its posters so it is rather broad. The meandering is like icebreakers and team builders at work. It shows we can all laugh together!

I read that link posted on page one and learned that other forums here have sociable and off topic threads. I like that idea.

I just wanted clarification because when it does meander using Andrew an example there will be some posters who will object to it and report you for derailong yet the same posters are happy to let other things like cheese, pigeons etc... to be mentioned mostly because its then doing it. So the point about this being an unofficial guide then its needs to clear about this.
