Why is Dan Wootton so obsessed and full of hatred for Harry & Meghan?

i recently listened to Spare on audible - purely because it was free and I was interested to see what he had to say. ( most of it was boring self indulgent crap imo)
predictably the algorithms have filled my YouTube with H &M stuff!

it seems there is a daily barrage of videos from DW about them, such vitriol from this man. It’s unhinged!
I mean don’t get me wrong, I’m no fan of theirs at all but Jesus he acts like they murdered his granny.
He’ll post a picture of one of them literally smiling and turn it into a massive conspiracy theory about smirking at the Queen on her deathbed or some utter nonsense

Hitler was a vegetarian for example! , do millions of vegetarians around the world need to rethink their dietary preferences so as not to align with his?

I would have thought that it’s common sense, if you find yourself agreeing with proven shit-stirrers and misogynists rather too often, to perhaps step back and re-assess, and engage independence of thought, and think yes, perhaps this continuous on-line criticism of H&M has gone far enough and is out of all proportion to what they have actually done.

Yes, it's what we were saying about this very limiting binary approach. Some people put themselves in the public eye, and seek publicity. There's nothing wrong with that, but people will criticise. That's H&M. You can't be that kind of celebrity and think everyone will love you.
W&C are senior royals, many people disagree with their roles and activities, it's fine to criticise that. I'm sure they know that goes with the territory.
I think it's possible engage in discussions and be critical without being hateful.
