That seems very close to breaking the embargo on the judgement.

ETA I think it would be the source breaking the embargo.

I suspect that he’s under immense pressure at this moment due to Sentebale court case looming, ANL judgement imminent, personal finances
under pressure, RF not biting on his push for royal adjacency - the ‘security issue’ is just his manufactured situation to point and attempt to punish and to discharge his narcissistic rage about the long list of other shit he’s shouldering which he doesn’t have the emotional capacity, maturity or resilience to juggle.

And every bit of this pressure is entirely brought on by himself. The ridiculous lawsuit, his behaviour at Sentable

Attempting a miss trial? Is that even possible now? 🤔

Yes it is all (or nearly all) his own doing.
But agree he must be under huge pressure. It’s an unenviable situation to be in.

bluegreygreen · Today 13:27

It has also seemed likely, given the Daily Mail's recent articles on Max Mosley as linked by @MyAutumnCrow, that ANL would be the victors in the case.

bluegreygreen · Today 13:28

I don't think there could be a mistrial - the judgement has already been handed down to the parties (we are just awaiting the publication).

People could still be liable for contempt of court.

No, no mistrial, but whoever broke the embargo would be in trouble with the court and might have to explain themselves to the judge. Embarrassing.

Without wishing to sound like an evil villain…..I’m hoping it’s Harry ! 🤣

And it’s important to remember this episode:

‘Prince Harry ordered to reveal any payments to witnesses in case against Daily Mail
**
‘Publisher suggests incentives offered by claimants to procure evidence include £5,000-a-month deal with private investigator’

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-family/2025/07/11/prince-harry-ordered-to-reveal-any-payments-daily-mail/

ARCHIVED: https://archive.ph/jdQEV

This article by Victoria Ward really goes into some dynamite revelations involving Harry, Doreen Lawrence et. al.

The judge certainly will have taken this evidence into account. It’s really worth a re-read.

No, if you were one of the sols/barristers the judge would dress you down but the verdict would not change.

About a weeks heads-up is certainly the most the J might give so could be accurate

I think he thrives on drama. If he loses, it's not his fault. An establishment stitch up (?) I see another BBC interview soon

Looks like those longing for a result on the ANL case may soon get their wish fulfilled. Surely Tom Sykes won’t want to risk being made a fool of again so soon?

Delicious timing - which PH has obviously known for some time.

H&M actually being in the UK, actually courting the UK media in order to flog UPFs and tat online when this is announced (with no doubt a flood of additional PH nonsense published) is just glorious no wonder he’s spun out.

I wonder if anyone has noted any twitching or manoeuvres from the other celeb complainants over the last few days?

I wonder when the next announcement for the Sentebale court case will come - maybe later in the year would be better - too much entertainment all at once might make me laugh myself sick!

noonames · Today 13:54

It does seem there are rather a lot of chickens coming home to roost all at once 😬
Goodness knows what his mental state is at the moment.

Totalmayhem · Today 13:55

IF he really has lost the ANL case that would explain his spiralling & frankly ridiculous behaviour re this trip…. I should think if this is the case he’ll be wanting to find a reason not to come to the UK in the immediate aftermath of the judgement’s publication….. that is pure speculation on my part obvs!

I have tried repeatedly signing Harry/invinctus petition and I don't get the confirmation email to click on 🤷 my husband also tried. Anyone else had a problem? How many signatures not getting through.

It took a full day for my confirmation email to arrive.

Passingthrough123 · Today 13:56

I feel so sorry for Dame Doreen Lawrence if they have lost the case. Harry persuaded her in an email to join the action claiming there was clear proof she'd been hacked, and it wasn't an easy decision for her, given the DM had been pivotal in bringing Stephen's killers to justice and she had a close rapport with Stephen Wright, the crime editor leading the DM's reporting. Wright said in court he was devastated by her joining the action and "to this day, I struggle to understand how she could be persuaded to take such a course of action". DDL, supported by Harry and the others, accused Wright of being performative to show that he'd helped a black family. He said in his statement, "The suggestion that I did not have true motives as a race campaigner was immensely hurtful, not only because of my career track record fighting racism, but also because of my personal circumstances [my wife, whom Lady Lawrence has met, is a woman of colour, as are our precious daughters]."

I mean, what the hell. DDL's head will be spinning if it's ruled no such hacking ever took place. And all because Harry sent that email telling her it was a sure thing.

No, but Hugh Grant, who is associated with Hacked Off, which funded the campaign to bring the case (using Max Mosley's money), is having meetings with Andy Burnham with the aim of bringing forward legislation to restrict the freedom of the press.

I am greatly hoping that Judge Nicklin makes some strong statements about press freedom in his judgement.

MyDogClive · Today 14:01

OctopusFriend · Today 12:18

No, they clearly don't. Bizarrely, they seem to have an ambition for their children to be working royals, and for Archie to take over Invictus.
They are so desperate to remain royal.

Oh they want so much more than Invictus for Archie.

They really are that deluded.

I did wonder if he, MM and kids were holed up at Sir Elton's south of France gaff when it was reported they were on holiday in Europe. Would make sense for them to be waiting for the verdict to come in together, if they know it's going to be this week...

She’s an adult, she’s sits in parliament, I think we can afford her the respect of making her own mistakes.

I think logic isn't a strength of the Sussexes.
It seems to be all about the entitlement and privilege.

And narc rage.

Very strong narc rage, because, when your family is one of the most famous families in the world, you can't just block them on FB, forget about them and get on with your life.

You're reminded of them every time you log on to SM, visit the supermarket, switch on the news...

She said in her evidence while she wasn't happy with the five articles she's suing over when they were published, but she had no reason to suspect they had been sourced via hacking. She thought it was either police or CPS tip-offs, so she let them lie, because while not nice to read, those are bonafide means of reporters getting stories. She only joined the court action because she was emailed by Harry. So yes, while I agree we should afford her the respect of making mistakes, I do think she's been taken advantage of. Her turning on the DM was a huge boost for the defendants.

It could explain the hysteria from the Sussex camp this weekend - and attempting to pull KC (or his wallet) into the mess
