Prince Harry & Meghan kids

There is a photo of Harry with his children with reference to Fathers Day . It shows him cuddling his children , with the girl's face partially shown but the son is turned fully into Harry and you only see the back of his head.
In most photos that they post this is always the case .
Why do they do this ?

Photos of Lilibet are frequently heavily edited. She is more of a strawberry blonde haired child naturally but someone manipulates the photos colour saturation to turn Lilibet’s hair flame red.

Look at the skin and objects such as wood in these pictures and you can see when colour saturation is heavily used. The wood appears almost orange, any pink hue in the skin is amplified and the pink on an item of clothing or flower is a shocking bright pink. On one occasion a photo of Meghan and Lily was so heavily saturated that Meghan’s skin looked orange. I don’t know why this is done.

Dd3s best friend of almost 20 years now has red hair when they met age 3-4. It was bright red. Iver thebyears I have photos of her that.looks shades of light blonde through to dark brown. Yet her hair is ginger red (and utterly gorgous)

Re Harry and Meghan. I dont actually havr an issue with them posting like this and have plenly of friends who cant post their grandchildrens.faces so does similar or put a sticker over their faces.

Your friends don't have millions of social media followers. Your friends aren't cynically using their children for financial gain

To anyone who thinks these photos are protecting the childrens privacy - you can see the posts just on this thread with people speculating about their appearance, based on the photos.

None of this is necessary. If they want to protect their children, they need to stop posting their images online. It's that simple.

Random people these days have millions of followers. You simply cannot know if any of my friends have zero tor several million followers.

I stated my view it may be oposing to yours but it wont change my view. I dont have an issue with what M&H are doing in regards to how they use photos of their children.

I imagine it’s for their safety, fair enough.

am intrigued though as to how they prevent eg parents at school or football club or whatever posting photos of teams or groups including these children. Some sort of confidentiality agreement?

Let them cover their children’s face.

They are in the public limelight so annoyingly posting family pics is part of their made up job.

But it isn’t about the children. It’s about the choices Harry and Meghan make. No one’s said the children are ugly or stupid or spoiled. Just that the Sussexes are being silly. Their children are probably fine. It seems to me though, that Harry and Meghan are brats.

Katherine and William act normal. They do not coyly post photo non-photos of their children. Arguably, the Waleses should be entitled to more privacy than Harry and Meghan. Instead, they acknowledge the truth about their family without getting weird about it.

So that people don't start posts on places like this saying things like "how stupid do they think we are to believe the sussexes actually have children when we've never seen a photo of them"

William and Kate have no option but to let their children appear in public. the sussexes have a choice. In not plastering their children's faces on sm they are making the right choice. not one of you could pick them out of a line up.

On what planet should William and Kate have MORE privacy for their children. Do you know their role in the UK?

And I know people take Harry and Meghan as personally as if they were members of their own family - shades of the death of Diana - but complaining about children is pretty low even for people who think they somehow did them wrong.

They won’t show their faces because guaranteed some rude fuckers will say atrocious things about their kids as well the media and all the Daily Mail readers. If they want to show their kids, but not their faces, they are entitled to do that. Many celebrities do that. If you’re unhappy with that, go and find a life!

Not complaining about their children. Complaining about the choices of the parents. Post ordinary pictures of the kids or don’t post pictures of your children at all. Why do they feel the need to just post pictures of the back of their heads? What’s the point?

I don’t agree that posting photos of their children is part of their ‘job’. They have stepped away from royal duties so the children are not on show like William’s.

Hugh celebrates travel to the UK with their families all the time and pass unnoticed because they take steps to not cause a circus.

Comments on here have not been vitriolic. I think their behaviour is odd: if you want to protect your child’s privacy don’t post pictures of them. It really is that simple.

I don’t think they’ve been vitriolic either. I do think the comments are odd though- just demanding “why do they show them them” and “it really is that simple” are very black and white and I find it really odd to be so militant about a strangers choices when they don’t impact anything

No it doesn't! No one is going to criticise the DC, who clearly have no choice in whether their mother posts pictures of them on social media or not. Meghan is a bloody hypocrite and she's using the DC to generate interest in HER and HER PRODUCTS while wanging on about online safety and online bullying. Keep your DC off the internet if you're so concerned for their safety and let them grow up in anonymity!!

Same. I don't know why it annoys people so much. What they are doing isn't unusual. I can see it's a bit annoying but not why it is seen as so wrong.
