😁 well the thread was started at 7.18 this morning! They have waited three hours before gracing us!

She seemed very nervous, probably understandable, her delivery was really jerky which it isn't usually.

I thought a roundabout was a strange place to do the installation but i may be missing local context.

Why can't she write her own speech? If she's now selling herself as Global ambassador, surely she's capable of writing?

As we have witnessed over the years, Meghan is incapable of writing anything but wordsalad and stories of her own greatness at age 11! , every time she makes a speech she “ borrows “ half or all of it from someone else and doesn’t even have the decency to credit them! 🤷‍♀️

For God sake! You’re like school bullies. You can’t leave it alone can you. You know I hate 90% of what passes as culture and heritage in this country but I let it be.

It fitted. It didn't need ironing. The trousers were long but not too long. It didn't scream 'me me me'. The bar is, admittedly, low. To stand on a traffic island with Joe Public wandering past, it looked fine.

I think as ever with Meghan, she's dressed for the event she wishes she was at, not the event she actually is at. Head to toe Armani might be appropriate for a keynote speech at a gala dinner. Not so much at what appears to be a minor event in a nolndescript outdoor location on a Sunday afternoon. I'm sure it's very meaningful for those involved, but it seems a bit desperate to fly to another continent, leaving your young children at home, just for this.

The jacket is not a good fit! The trousers are way too long.

The blazer is too short in the sleeve and it’s pulling when the button is closed, which it shouldn’t. It’s not a good fit.

I said earlier in the thread they would be back when the hoo ha had died down about the Australia trip and using kids with cancer to merch her clothes, and here we are!

I don't think it fitted. It wasn't massively off, but an Armani suit should be impeccably tailored. Not that you'd guess this was Armani if she hadn't gone out of her way to make sure we all know with that weird photo the day before. It looks like something you'd pick up in Next with change from £200. At that price you'd forgive poor fitting, but with a suit which likely cost in the 4 figures, a few extra auid on tailoring seems like a no brainer, as the Yanks would say.

But where do they go? And what do they do in the meantime? I find it fascinating 😂

Agree. It doesn’t fit but it’s not the worst. But for someone with millions in the bank and speaking on an international stage…..it shouldn't happen.

I’ve seen the outfit referred to the first suit a graduate buys, which I think makes sense. It doesn’t fit correctly, but from a distance you can sort of get away with it. But the point is, graduates don’t have the cash to spend so have to go to the high street and are unlikely to be able to afford to have it altered. That’s not megs world, so she has no excuses.

Was she only there to deliver that speech ? Just wondering as Sophie is due to be in Geneva today or tomorrow.

As you know, I don’t comment on outfits normally but I’m assuming that @Lifestooshort71, is simply stating that on this occasion Meghan looks ok ( compared to her normal appearance) 🤷‍♀️
