😂where are all their supporters who refer to them as a young couple ??

I don't like to tempt fate, but it really is remarkable how quiet it is.

And frightening.

How social media is manipulated.

Do keep commenting, marmalade! Everyone is welcome, I am sure

I think Meghans Instagram reel with herself and the jam is terrible. Yes, she is sitting very close to the butter - her famous eye for detail letting her down once more...and she looks so uncomfortable as she gazes wistfully out the window. There's seems to be very little space there? Surely they could have found a better spot in that massive house? It's a very unflattering pose.

I'm not quite sure what she is doing with her hands at one point when she is lying back (and thinking about the jam presumably).....I think she is trying to look sexy?? It just looks a bit odd and like she's trying too hard.

It's very amateurish...very Senuous from Amandaland.

She has such a beautiful face....she could so easily sell make up or sunglasses or something like that. I suspect all the cupboards are full of jam and she and H will be eating it for a very, very long time

Yep. One wrong move and she's got butter smeared all over the arse of those expensive jeans. Not very sofistimicated.

I think she's attractive rather than beautiful, but looks alone aren't enough to sell product. There are lots of beautiful women out there. Meghan lacks the fan base, platform and USP to sell anything really. Plus she's divisive, and brands tend to steer well clear of that.

The lying back bit was all a bit 1970s Flake ad. They must have yelled “Cut!” before she started fellating a biscotti!

It shows to me how little Harry knew the woman he was marrying. Which isn't surprising as they got engaged after what was basically an extended holiday romance.

If you look at the jewellery Meghan wears, it's mostly rather dainty, itsy bitsy pieces. Not a rather clunky ring like this. And yes, I know men often don't have a clue about 'girlie stuff' but then they'd ask one of her female friends. But of course Harry didn't know any of Meghan's friends, such as they were. He barely even knew her, and now he's living with the consequences.

The problem is that during the holiday romance phase Meghan was playing the role of the "girl with simple tastes" where she loved the outdoors, loved his family holidays in rural Norfolk, loved camping in Botswana and probably told him she would be happy with a "modest ring"

However this was not who Meghan really was - she loves the trappings - 16 bathrooms, private jets, security motorcades, expensive jewels and designer clothes. She was expecting a huge, princess ring to rival the iconic Diana ring and was disappointed - so she has chosen multiple LA celebrity-style upgrades that have created a ring that looks more like something from the "Kardashian Collection" at Ratner's!

They were together a very short time. Red flags were everywhere. He was very stupid. Surely a senior member of the RF has to do his homework thoroughly

Indianrollerbird · 14/05/2026 11:59

A PR guest on Paula Froelich’s channel yesterday astutely said that Meghan is actually selling herself. And nobody is that interested in buying, but she herself doesn’t know who she is, and neither do we. Nothing she shows us is, her favourite word, authentic.

LondonRidge · 14/05/2026 12:13

Thedom · 14/05/2026 06:49

ps I notice the Daily Mail article hasn’t allowed comments, which are my favourite parts of any H&M articles!

😀😀 mine too, I often just click on the comments and completely bypass reading the article. There are some very witty and caustic DM readers !

Actually when it first went up there were about 10 comments, all basically saying Harry is totally irrelevant and his opinion unwanted. Then they turned them off…. I wonder why.

Starryfifty · 14/05/2026 12:30

Has anyone seen this parody of the Xmas special? It is uncanny

Universe25 · 14/05/2026 12:30

Apparently the New Statesman
and The Times have comments but I can’t read them. Anyone got an archive link?

wonder why The Mail turned off the comments? They don’t normally care about anti-Harry comments, which is just as well as they’re about 95% of them :)

I can’t locate the pictures now because it was quite some time ago that I saw them …. But along with still wearing the Cartier love bracelet that Trevor gave her when they married…it appears that Meghan has altered the ring Harry gave her to look the same as the one Trevor gave her! 😬

noonames · 14/05/2026 12:34

I wonder what their life at home is like. Do they have normal and authentic relationships but feel that those are not right for their public image? Or is the inauthenticity and Walter Mitty-ish posing as all these different personas - female founder, mom, philanthropist, global statesman, fashionista, political commentator etc - all there is? Do they believe the things they say, so do they actually think KC3 should have put their interests ahead of the country’s interests on a state visit? Are they really comfortable describing that as disloyalty after their behaviour to the RF? I suppose I’d like to know where the rather sad delusion ends and the calculated malice begins iykwim.

Maybe it was less about protecting Harry. and more about wanting to stop racist remarks appearing in the comments?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 14/05/2026 12:42

Appalled to see Harry attempting to wade in on antisemitism, even though I've expected as much.

As so many have said he simply doesn't have the intellect to understand ... well, anything really ... and when far better minds have struggled with this he's hardly being helpful, whether it's about the Birmingham Invictus or not

He had to do something to upstage his sister in law. He's hideous but it's quite obvious he's someone's mouthpiece

I agree, I'd like to know this too @noonames

Yes I think the DM were concerned about their readership. The Telegraph left their comments on.

Irememberwhenitwasallfieldsroundhere · 14/05/2026 12:56

I think the RF are still going with "don't comment as it gives it more credence and credibility and shows we're taking notice" and on the basis that nobody is listening to H&M so who cares? Leave them to it.

I'm not sure what they'd have to say to change the RF's stance on this but so far I think they're doing well at ignoring H&M and getting on with the job of soft diplomacy. Good for them.

Of course in true Harry style he threw a tantrum when anyone suggested that he should slow down a little. It was the start of his disagreement with William who had himself had to deal with women interested in him for his title and was accordingly cautious.

I agree. PH will no doubt wade into something very messy and that will be the job of politicians, law enforcement, NGOs, public sentiment to shut him up / cancel him - which will carry much much more clout than RF piping up which would only draw attention to them and be seen as a family spat and would be handing PH ammunition.

These things are a long game. The RF are playing a blinder - and they look more and more dignified, indifferent, detached and distant from H&Ms unseemly shenanigans every single day - whilst H&M are publicly ridiculed in every corner of the globe due to the words from their very own mouths alongside their highly publicised behaviours.

BasiliskStare · 14/05/2026 13:28

I know the Spectator piece is newly minted , but at some point I personally would like some opinion pieces from the newspapers rather than just slavishly reporting the original article. By which eg I mean , what authority or credentials does H have , is his "platform" enough , why is he feeling the need to comment, what impact might he have for better or for worse (those off the top of my head.)

It is clear H only gets his platform by being KC's son, Prince Harry , Duke of Sussex. At what point, if any, does BP, or anyone else , get to the stage where for the absolute avoidance of doubt he can't use those titles to comment on complex political matters. Or do they let him carry on ( as Napoleon said , " "Never interfere with your enemy when he is in the process of destroying himself" )

ETA Xpost to some extent with Swizzled there 😊

I agree, without sounding like a conspiracy theorist, my first thought is that Soros is behind this.

Next he will be doing black face to understand Meghan's heritage 😬😳 if you go with that theory.

HoldMyWine · 14/05/2026 13:39

Here is a share token for the Times article, with comments. There is no way that Harry wrote any of that himself.
Prince Harry: Rising antisemitism in UK is deeply troubling
