"Although we acknowledge that neither outlet was formally bound by the embargo, their decision to prioritise 'the story' raises serious questions about whether the pursuit of headlines should ever outweigh responsible reporting when safety and security are at stake.""
This does sound like a pre-emptive security whinge to me , esp as DM who H clearly has no time for.
FFS - nothing rabble rousing has been reported and even though the faux embargo for the faux tour was broken , surely H with his lion and elephant wrangling superpowers should have been able to see the onlookers off. Especially as it seems H&M's own camera men , security and aides outnumbered any bystanders / adoring fans / those a danger to H&M. I exaggerate somewhat for effect - but really I think H should back off the British press for a while. If they didn't want publicity why was M advertising her clothes - not much use of they were going to be secret squirrel everywhere .
This looks like a huge clap back even by their standards. If H thinks this will influence his case v ALN - well I hope it doesn't - I am sure the DM under the circs will know exactly what they were allowed to do. Or not.
Ach well - I am sure it makes sense in their world.
