Well, that's closer to the promised intimate dinner party!

It looks like the dress code for the dinner with Kelly was black and white as every other woman ( bar two in pink) seems to be in that including Kelly but not Meghan .... as ever.

Well Harry believes he’s been a working royal since his birth, so maybe he thinks the Wales children aren’t pulling their weight?!

Something crossed my mind when I saw those cray-cray photos and video of Meghan at that event the other evening, I don’t think she has been papped since she became a ‘founder’, has she ? there used to be plenty of pap shots of her in random places, farmers market, hiking with her crew, shopping, restaurants, dentist etc.

She must feel organising pap shots don’t fit a ‘‘founder’ profile.

It’s strange how the whole family have never been papped, just going to the local restaurant or library etc.

Why move to a beautiful location, to spend all your time at home?

There was reporting that when they 1st attended Wimbledon together, that Meghan wanted Catherine and her to walk in holding hands. Catherine said no. I did initially think it was a bit weird and unlikely - I've now revised my opinion.

I wouldn't walk into Wimbledon holding hands with my husband or mother. It is so alien to me.

Although I do agree up thread about small people being different! That is a privilege.

There's hardly any need to bother with a snatched shot, even if Meghan herself has tried to set it up, when they can just wait for her to do something ridiculous to print

Willliam and Catherine seem to be very astute and perceptive. they stayed well away from Meghan Markle once they realized she wasn’t all that she pretended to be and was, in fact, quite duplicitous, and they also appear to have kept the Yorks at a distance too.

If they had held hands , M wouldn’t have had to walk behind Catherine ! Instead , her face displayed displeasure .

Yes . And I think it was the same occasion when M ignored the Wimbledon official ( Chairwoman?) who was trying to talk to her .

It's an odd thought because there isn't really space between the seats to walk hand in hand. Someone would have had to go in front anyway!

Years ago I used to do some agency nursing for a London agency that supplied the wealthy. I would often go to elderly ladies living in decrepit grandeur - huge mansion block apartments in Knightsbridge and Chelsea that hadn’t seen a lick of paint in decades.

One time I went to an elderly lady living in Berkeley Square.
She said to me “Do you know what my husband gave me for my 50th birthday?”
I said “NO! What did your husband give you?”
She said “A debeeeentuuure for Wiiimbledoooon! Wasn’t that lovely?”

I have forever felt hard done by that no one has gifted an a debenture for Wimbledon. Not even for one day. ☹️

How lovely! Another year has come to pass where I didn’t get picked for the Wimbledon ballot.
