Prince Harry and Meghan’s huge Aussie plans revealed. Visit to Sydney and Melbourne in Mid-April.

EXCLUSIVE

More than seven years after then-newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan embarked on their hugely successful Aussie tour, the couple is reportedly heading back Down Under.

A source confirmed exclusively to news.com.au that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to visit Sydney and Melbourne in mid-April.

While their last trip to our shores was in an official capacity as working members of the royal family, this time around they’re travelling as private citizens – and it’s understood they’ll be focusing on activities related to their businesses and philanthropic work.

Details of their specific plans remain unclear, but it’s been rumoured that Meghan will appear as a guest on the Her Best Life podcast, which was initially launched and co-hosted by Jackie “O” Henderson and Gemma O’Neill through their “Besties” company. Earlier this year, just a couple of weeks before her high-profile and abrupt recent exit from her KIIS breakfast show, Henderson revealed that she had decided to “step away” from the venture.

It’s rumoured that Meghan will also appear as a special guest at an upcoming “Besties” event, following in the footsteps of previous VIP speaker Gwyneth Paltrow.

The actress took part in a wide-ranging Q&A with Henderson back in 2023 which attracted around 3,000 ticketholders to the ICC in Sydney’s Darling Harbour – so Meghan’s appearance could be in a similar capacity.
Despite Henderson’s recent departure from the Besties company, she hinted last month that she may return in some capacity in the future - and perhaps Meghan’s involvement could be one such occasion.

Gwyneth Paltrow was the special guest at a Besties event, run by Henderson (left) and Gemma O'Neill, back in 2023 – and Meghan is now rumoured to follow in her footsteps. Picture: Supplied
While details of the couple’s itinerary are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks, it’s likely that Harry’s plans will involve Australia’s armed forces or veterans’ community, given his strong connections to both.

It’s understood he also has a number of friends locally, fostered across multiple previous visits, including during his month-long stay with the ADF at an army barracks in Darwin back in 2015.
And in his 2023 memoir, Harry gushed over his time living in Australia as a 19-year-old in 2003.
He wrote in Spare that working as a jackaroo on a farm in rural Queensland had helped him find inner peace during what were “some of the best” weeks of his life.

It’s not yet known whether the Sussexes’ children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, will join them on the trip next month or stay back at the family’s home in Montecito, California.

News.com.au understands that the royal couple’s Aussie visit has been in the works for almost a year.

And PH - not long now before he is exposed as the new AMW - it’s all slowly stacking up until it all falls over.

CanISeeYourLicence · 14/03/2026 11:41

No, there is no suggestion at all that PH has been involved with having sex with underage and trafficked women, or any other analogous criminal activity.

He might be an utter numpty, entitled, a bit thick and a grifter, but he's nothing like AMW and there is no suggestion he's done anything criminal.

AMW was arrested recently for alleged misconduct in public office - for being a grifter. This behaviour is very much like Harry’s. The significant difference being the late Queen was sensible enough to make it clear he couldn’t behave like that and maintain a public position so no misconduct in public office but still using his inherited position for private gain like AMW.

Do you really believe if Epstein had thought him useful, PH would not have welcomed invitations from him?

Chainlinkferry · 14/03/2026 12:05

Harry was 20 years old and attending a party in Nazi uniform when Epstein was first investigated.

There would have been no opportunity for Epstein and Prince Harry to hook up. Epstein's activity was on the wane when Harry was finishing up in the army. Harry's activity after that seemed to be developing the Invictus Games and then meeting his future wife.

Epstein was a money man, and all Harry knew about was his military service - nothing that would particularly interest Epstein. Harry had no need for corrupt money during those years, nor did he have a need for trafficked women.

Yes that was the point of my second post. There was a temporal barrier to a PH-Epstein link. But if Epstein had been at the height of his influence over the last five years, I have no doubt his links and money would have been very attractive to PH.

corblimeyguvnr · 14/03/2026 13:34

PH has enough going on with his links with P Diddy and Tyler Perry.

Edited

There is a link though evidenced through the recently released Epstein files of JE and Soho House - lots of emails of him securing elite memberships for his network - nothing yet to say there is anything more nefarious that just oiling the wheels for his mates - but would interesting to note who was the head of SH membership selection at the time.

Noodledog · 14/03/2026 14:49

Obviously at this point it's purely speculation, but it really won't surprise me if Markus Anderson turns out to be dodgy as fuck.

ThePoshUns · 14/03/2026 14:56

I agree @Noodledog. What’s in it for him? Friendships in their circles are pretty much transactional.

The only time AMW has been arrested is for financial crimes

Harry and Meghan's (no closed) Archewell Foundation last financial year spent 3 times more on "expenses" than was donated to charitable causes..... which sounds very dodgy

jeffgoldblum · 14/03/2026 15:19

Apparently one of Markus Anderson’s jobs at soho was authorising memberships , it’s has been mentioned that he was responsible for the ok of maxwell , Epstein and Weinstein.
if true this isn’t a good look .

And Eugenie is a link into Soho house. And also puts H and M both, separately, quite close to JE.

Not saying H ever met JE or ever had anything to do with him.

Diddling the taxman isn't the same as selling state secrets.

Totally agree.

I don’t believe for a second that Harry has any greater judgement or morals than AMW. He has no issue associating with dodgy billionaires for his own ends (see Tyler Perry) and he is in thrall to his wife which thankfully shields him from the playboy lifestyle - plenty of examples in his past of his disrespectful attitude towards women though.

Portakalkedi · 14/03/2026 22:34

Great description from a PP on here describing them as 'cosplaying' at being Royal! That is perfect!

LondonRidge · 14/03/2026 22:41

Apparently H&M are very upset with the suggestion that the Queen said Meghan brainwashed Harry.

What a shame for them both that such terrible rumours keep hitting the press.

Marcus A is definitely a wrong’un. Maybe not anything illegal to the extent of others but no scruples no shame and a lot of skeletons in the closet.

Longshinyhair · 14/03/2026 23:41

There is “something of the night” about Markus Anderson.

I wish them all the best. Marriage is beautiful when it works well.

stopthemud · 15/03/2026 09:05

I don't think they will find themselves welcome. I was in Australia when The late Queen passed. The sense of sorrow was real. She was as she deserved to be very highly regarded. These two are a pair of clowns selling the only thing they have left their connection to an institution they supposedly despise. Australia's as a rule are more direct than the British and I can see them being called out on their hypocrisy. Didn't mlMeagan make staff rebate a cake numerous times, palm it off as her own and throw hot tea at the wife of the governor general. Why are they going there in what capacity. Considering it is a fact Megan has herself announced using her title to an empty room (well played Harpers). I can't see this going well.

Mylovelygreendress · 15/03/2026 09:28

Slight derail but have we had the “ Meghan attending the Oscars “ rumours yet ?

Me neither but think of the entertainment!

That would be good to see, @stopthemud, except I doubt anyone likely to do so would be allowed anywhere near them

In fairness all of the RF guard their images obsessively, but at least some of them have some kind of reputation left, if only because there's so much we can't know
H&M on the other hand have blasted theirs to hell, largely through their own words and behaviour, and I doubt they'd welcome even more bad publicity

They are going there as private citizens who are minor celebs. Minor celebs can still be useful if you are trying to publicise your cause but these two represent quite a risky PR move - potential for worldwide publicity vs all attention on them not the cause and potentially a damaging link.

As for MM brainwashing PH that is pure misogyny. You don’t have to like MM to see the evidence that PH post MM is not a different person to PH pre MM.
