This is so embarrassing for her

Another video has surfaced of her taking a sip of water surrounded by Muslims during Ramadan, what an arrogant attitude she has, it’s shocking how she would not respect the culture. I don’t know anyone who would be so rude and insensitive to drink or eat in the presence of Muslims during the fasting time of Ramadan.

Papercompany · 06/03/2026 17:54

The article is such BS... I would admire her if she came out and was honest about Netflix not wanting to partner with her anymore and the challenges that will bring.

Page Six saying NF dropped As ever

https://pagesix.com/2026/03/06/royal-family/netflix-ends-partnership-with-meghan-markle/

Netflix has officially cut ties with Meghan Markle’s polarizing lifestyle brand, As Ever, Page Six can confirm.
“Her show did not go on so it did not make sense to continue the partnership,” an industry source exclusively told Page Six, referring to Markle’s two-season series, “With Love, Meghan.”
A Netflix spokesperson told Page Six in a statement, “Meghan’s passion for elevating everyday moments in beautiful yet simple ways inspired the creation of the As Ever brand, and we are glad to have played a role in bringing that vision to life.”

As it was always intended, Meghan will continue growing the brand and take it into its next chapter independently, and we look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world,” the statement added. ‘

What business drops any product that makes them money? Nope, I can’t think either.

NF knew there’s no way to scale As ever and there’s no money in it.

As ever has been around a year now….still not in shops. It’s all over. There’s no way she can keep up with the running costs that NF would have been covering.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 06/03/2026 18:02

Confirmation that she didn’t sell 23 million pounds worth of jam for posters insisting she did.

AtIusvue · 06/03/2026 18:03

This will be why the sudden bundles of products in the last few weeks on the website. We also had that story a few weeks ago about Staff at NF taking the As Ever products home because there was a tonne of stock left over.

Im guessing that this decision was taken after looking at the Xmas sales figures and she didn’t shift enough stock.

Also, if you look at her instas for As ever. We said a few months back….shes not doing any socials. There’s a few photos put out every few weeks (that’s from a photoshoot months ago). She’s not engaging with fans, she’s not putting out little videos. The last social media style video she did was for the 4th July last year! See all said she checked out! We could all see.

There’s no way she has the money, to deal with all the compliance measures she would need in order to sell her products in the EU etc. How in earth does she think she can take it global if a 350 billion pound company didn’t?

Im guessing she’s going to have to round to her very rich Montecito friends with ‘ a great investment opportunity’ for them 😂

That’s part of her many problems, not being honest, pretending everything is hunky dory when it clearly is anything but, always trying to prove to the world that she is a huge success in everything she does when in reality she has failed at every turn.

AtIusvue · 06/03/2026 18:15

First the RF held her back….now it’s NF that held her back.

She’s so deluded.

Having a passion for elevating everyday moments sounds absolutely exhausting. But that's just me, who only elevates her coffee cups.

I feel that Meghan would be more successful if she stopped trying to present everything as a record shattering success. Admitting mistakes, showing uncertainty, being human is very relatable and endearing. I hope that she gains the confidence to be real.

MrsLeonFarrell · 06/03/2026 18:27

I'm not sure if selling her goods here is a great idea. We don't use as many packet mixes for simple products and I'm not sure there is a market for spread when we have so many lovely jams.

AtIusvue · 06/03/2026 18:31

Sadly I don’t think she’s capable at looking at the failures and taking ‘learnings’

  • Lasted 18 months as a working royal
  • NF deal not renewed
  • No successful NF show apart from airing their dirty laundry docu in 5 years
  • 40x40 wasn’t followed up
  • Two podcast shows failed to get renewed
  • Two films they are supposedly developing have gone nowhere
  • Shopmy page on lasted a few months
  • Archewell foundation has now closed
  • Loss of most of their staff over all areas
  • Now As ever is on a death spiral

Its failure after failure

People magazine reporting it now, nice spin on it !

Can she even sell internationally ? Most American brands have different composition coming into Europe, Nature Valley bars, for example, have about double the additives in the US compared to the ones sold in Europe. I think Australia is even stricter. How will the jams be stabilized for shipping internationally. It’s not going to happen.

So Meghan launched her As Ever rebrand on Feb 18th 2025 after the ARO fiasco (ARO launched March 14th 2024 and never sold any products) - and the Netflix collaboration only lasted 12 months .......

Archewell - shut down.

That parent's network thing - handed on.

I'm sure others can think of additional projects that started with a bang, that have been abandoned.

Yes, I was going to mention that there are very good reasons why “going global” is something an online business would be rightly cautious about.

Shipping costs, customs (tariffs, now), customer rights of return, local product labelling and ingredient regulations and the biggest issue of all, VAT, cause many many big US companies to simply avoid the EU and other European countries entirely. Netflix will be well aware of this. And also well aware that’s a market of 500 million people just in the EU and UK alone, a huge number for whom will already know who Meghan is. But Netflix was too cautious to expand? Sounds like they felt the numbers weren’t worth the investment.

Serenster · 06/03/2026 18:55

“We look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world”

I suspect Meghan drafted the Netflix press release 🤣

BasiliskStare · 06/03/2026 18:58

I would I have thought selling upmarket jam , honey , candles etc isn't easy. Nor packet pancakes etc. I think M fell between two stools here . Others have cornered the market in named packet mixes and, whilst M has a very dedicated following, she is a wee bit divisive. So her name alone ( I think ) was never going to sustain an upmarket brand - even with the duchessyness by marriage. I think it all goes back to the beginning when she thought they could earn a fortune ( and let's be fair the NF / Spotify / book deals were a fortune even if they didn't get all of it , still a fortune by any normal standards.) But they just didn't have the skill or dare I say the likeableness to get beyond the selling RF tittle tattle. I know , I know , it's all been said before but M still turns up to things she would never have been invited to before ( or invited herself or Sunshine Sachs got her an invitation - I don't know. )

I still think M is up on the deal (pre marriage ) - whether H is , not sure. But I don't think he's helping himself.

I know not , really . I don't because I don't know but I suspect they are both in over their heads . However as long as they can arrive as quasi royals I suspect they are both happy. I do wish they wouldn't though. They are looking slightly more ridiculous as time goes on , I think. But they don't care about my or other's opinion , and to some extent nor could they . Their life their choice

Oh & have we heard about Sentebale or African Parks recently ? Seriously H should be all over these IMHO. But it would be like a dog plotting the coastline of Norway methinks. 😂🐾 (& I like dogs - no disrespect to them) .

So NF, that is a global company…….was holding Megs from going worldwide?!!!!

‘A source said: “Meghan is still on good terms with the Netflix team and close personal friends with Ted (Sarandos) so hasn’t wanted to upset him, but is very happy to have full control of the company.
“It’s a good time for Meghan to have complete control, given recent successes.
“Netflix have been a good partner, but she’s wanted to go global with the brand for some time, but has been held back by the more cautious Netflix team.”’

Sure Jan GIF

Never has the Sure, Jan gif been more appropriate.

Mylovelygreendress · 06/03/2026 19:35

There’s a bit of me thinking well at least she is trying to earn money but she seems to flounder around and not stick to anything plus has the reputation of being a bully.
Her opinion of herself and abilities is at odds with reality .
Meanwhile what is Harry doing ?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 06/03/2026 19:47

Just musing really, but I wonder if even Harry believes the "Netflix were holding me back" thing?

His wife may be that deluded, but it's Harry who gave up the most for the hopeless dream of being US-based mega successes and it's never going to happen now, so the atmosphere in that house can only be imagined
