"Illegitimate" means a child born out of wedlock. None of the late Queen's children were illegitimate.
Whether their legal father was their biological father is a total non-issue that would have no bearing on the monarchy, since the Queen was their mother.

Andrew looks a lot like the Bowes Lyon family, as does Eugenie. In contrast to his siblings who look more directly like one of their parents or a mix of both. Beatrice is the image of one of Sarah's half sisters, so she is a Ferguson.

Porchester reminds me of Peter&Zara Phillips in the photo of him standing between the Queen and Prince Philip, so I think it's more just a case of general upper class horsey-features and some of the fat gene (from Queen Victoria or maybe Elizabeth Bowes Lyon?).

Peter and Zara are absolute Windsors. As is Peter's daughter Isla, Zara's son Lucas, Louise. All the image of the Queen.

I think Andrew is Prince Philip's son and I think there is a resemblance, but Andrew's face is much heavier than Prince Philip's was. He's a heavier build altogether, and that plumpness could come from his mother's side.
