I'm hearing that all of his personal records currently at Windsor Lodge and a nearby storage unit are being seized for analysis. Also that police now have access to the email account that was used for direct communication with Epstein.

😂😂

Alan Partridge must have been sweating.

Great post, totally agree.

Me too.

It’s what this Country needs. Nothing will unite us all more than seeing the corrupt sweaty nonce charged, tried, convicted and sent to a Prison up North.
i propose a Bank Holiday and Street Parties when that happens.

Seconded! Perhaps free pizzas all round.

I’m not sure you can be arrested for having sex with a minor in another country, especially as over the age of consent here. I am also not sure they can prove it as he keeps saying he didn’t, as he would and Virgina took the pay out, to not proceed further,

what they have done though is hugely serious and carries a much heavier tariff,

There will be very many vulnerable girls in the UK who will also have been molested by him or trafficked by his ‘fixers’. These sex addicts don’t just indulge a few times a year on a trip abroad. Their insatiable depravity drives them day in day out. Surrey police have asked for witnesses/information about incidents in Virginia Water 92-94 - and police protection officers are under scrutiny. So hopefully this whole house of cards will fall and expose and prosecute the sexual exploitation / sex trafficking on UK soil. I think like ‘Me too’ plenty of victims will come forward once this breaks.

I hope he stamps feet and demands "Do you know who I aaaaam?" and the officer replies "Why, do you not remember?"

I don't think I'd like to be questioning him, given what a huge entitled, bad tempered piece of work he is. Wonder if his solicitor has told him to say 'no comment' to everything.

I doubt if he could stick to 'no comment'.

mummymeister · 19/02/2026 10:45

I am anti monarchy. I hope that this now allows the country to have a grown up conversation about this whole institution. AMW had access to all sorts of business people eager to please that the rest of us dont. He extorted money, favours and sexual gratification all whilst being paid for by us the british taxpayer. We all knew that this was going on surely and I just hope that today is an emporers new clothes moment. as for the queen, she knew exactly what kind of a person he was. she would have been fully briefed on his wrongdoings yet she paid the hush money. she did it to preserve her institution not as a mother.

Charles knew this was coming months and months ago. thats why he stripped him of his titles because he hoped that would be enough. this whole thing has been orchestrated to stop us looking into the real issues around the royal family.

I would like to think he gets what he deserves. sadly though I dont believe he will. perhaps this will stop all the fawning and scraping by the BBC.

Exactly, he'll be steaming angry.

Kirschcherries · 19/02/2026 10:45

I am not convinced we will see AMW give evidence in court. AMW may whistleblow on everyone else in return for a deal.

I also sadly don’t think the victims will see justice, as pp said it’s like Al Capone and others that it’s tax fraud, misconduct in public office, official secrets etc. high profile people will be charged with not trafficking, rape etc.

Oh, I would give anything to be questioning him. I would have all my facts in front of me, and I would get him talking. Being entitled and bad tempered is the opening for getting him to blab. He wouldn't be able to help it.

Ihateboris · 19/02/2026 10:46

I feel like tomorrow should be a bank holiday as so many people will be celebrating today!

roses2 · 19/02/2026 10:46

I wonder how his legal fees are being paid.

IAmKerplunk · 19/02/2026 10:46

KidsDoBetter · 19/02/2026 10:19

Nobody is ever put in a cell with others in police stations in the UK. 🤣.

There are no sherrifs or monetary bail either in case your only point of reference for legal matters is US tv.

Um no I meant put in a cell as per other people who are arrested not literally in a cell with others 🙄

KatyaKanani · 19/02/2026 10:47

I do hope Sarah Ferguson faces justice at some point, even if only taking cash for access.

YourBreezyPanda · 19/02/2026 10:47

Oh this is clever of the royal family. Staged arrest to keep the braying mob happy on his birthday too. Of course nothing will come if this.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 19/02/2026 10:47

MrsLeonFarrell · 19/02/2026 10:36

BBC also saying that discussions around it now need to be careful because of the possibility of a trial. I expect the media to be extremely circumspect in their reporting.

Yes, MrsLF, and if this serves to shut down much of the media commentary that'll be considered all to the good for the RF

This sounds very conspiracy theorist, but it wouldn’t surprise me if this is simply play acting to take the heat off the RF

It my well sound very conspiracy theorist to some, @1apenny2apenny, but to see it in that light you'd have to ignore the many other times the RF have twisted and spun to avoid attention on unwelcome issues

The image of a respectable family who observe the law can surely only now be accepted by the staunchest royalists, and if others view things in the above light they've really only got themselves to blame

About bloody time!

Serpentstooth · 19/02/2026 10:49

He'll be in Saudi as soon as he's bailed. Oh dear, sorry, no extradition from there. Presumably, Mrs Fergie is already there, scrounging up a future. What a pair.

Yes yes yes to this.

And it's about time the Royal Reporters looked for other jobs. I'm sick to death of the Royals and the sycophants. Pages of pathetic reporting about Kate's clothes, her hair, William and his school run, it's beyond a joke. We need a complete reset. And to stop all this arse licking. They are just human beings like us, but in a completely dysfunctional operation designed to provide them with riches beyond comprehension and a licence to do exactly what they want, with no redress.
Our successive governments are just as bad.

QE2 knew what was going on, she kicked the can down the road, and now Charles is landed with it.

ChrisMartinsKisskam · 19/02/2026 10:51

I think they are going for what they can prove easily and prosecute him for

the stuff with Epstein would be a lot harder to prove as VG is dead and it would be his word against a dead woman’s

Pity we don’t have the Tower anymore

crasenda · 19/02/2026 10:12

The cynic in me feels this is the least offensive charge possible to keep us happy that at least something is being done. Meanwhile there are other far more awful things to be accounted for both by AMW and many other high profile individuals.

We arrear to have very similar levels of cynicism crasenda.

TurquoiseDress · 19/02/2026 10:52

About time really….
