I agree. I cannot work out if their behaviour is performance art or genuinely daft. Why did M go to the Bond party in an old sweater and a long skirt when everyone else was in thousands of dollars of couture? We know she has ballgowns as she wears them for wafting around her garden and going to the flicks.

I agree they are endlessly entertaining, even if they don’t intend to be!

But she's got a lot of front, and would come if it worked to her advantage; American plan doesn't seem to be working well

I think she do the added brand value calculation though of whether KC3 opening IG would take the limelight from her - or would the royal adjacency make up for it?

I don’t think that the RF would be wise the play this right up to the wire - make no comment or commitment that M&H can exploit. Keep them on their toes. Maybe insist it’s a family affair and that W&C have the give out the prizes (not in flip flops and floppy creased shorts tho).

In all reality tho any sensible institution or brand would not sully themselves with any association.

I agree. I’m often really grateful to the pair of them for giving me a good laugh with their antics.
I love how their nasty, whiney narcissism has backfired.
We don’t like it in the UK and even the US home of self indulgent therapy speak is fed up with them now too.
So rare in life that anyone gets just what they deserve so it’s quite satisfying to watch.

I find their antics funny. William wants a professional RF but the pair of them seem to want a soap opera full of drama.

They seem to have the memories of goldfishes and the attention span of toddlers.

Meghan will come if she can charge an expensive new wardrobe to IG and travel A+++ .

I spend a lot of time over there, and they seem fairly quiet.

The appetite for will they/won't they etc seems to be UK side. The sheer volume written about them is bonkers.

Whereas over there, they are not really a feature of the daily round up, at least not that I have seen.

But, I suppose, the main bones of the story is here - monarchy and all that.

I don't know whether Meghan will come to the UK in 2026. I do know that the tabloids will make a fortune speculating about it.

There were stories that she roundly berated a customs official on her return to LA as he did not address her properly ( in her opinion).

Oh yes - I remember reading about that. IIRC she flew an odd route home from Canada entering the US through a different airport - Perhaps Sacramento or Seattle I think. She berated a passport control officer for calling her Meghan Markle - coz she's the Duchess of Sussex dontcha know .... until the passport guy pointed out she was using a passport in the name of Meghan Markle and asked her if she was in possession of other passports and/or documents with different identities and names.....

Seriously- the whole royal family can fade into non existence as far as most people are concerned. They may be frightfully nice, but they are irrelevant now, and could retire very well on what they already have (unlike some of us).

Meghan and Harry also. They both have skills- let them use them… preferably quietly.

The route was logical enough - Like many airports in the US Santa Barbara doesn't have customs/immigration facilities so the flight from Canada had to route through a suitably equipped airport for border processing before heading to SBA...

Who, from the family, is going to want to sit in a room with either of them and have a chat?
