I doubt most people in the US find her of any interest now, and the same applies in the UK. She has proved quite dull, really.
She’s on the same level in terms of Celeb Twaddle as Nicola Peltz.
As for Invictus, I’ve even bored myself over the past two years going on about Birmingham, Section 114 notices, statutory safety obligations, the Israeli IDF team’s presence, and the volatile demographics of this city. Getting the Royal Family involved (and/or blaming the King) is probably seen by Harry as a ‘clever’ way of obtaining funding for the necessary security and infrastructure that haven’t been adequately built in yet to the Invictus budget. But I don’t think there will be much senior royal involvement, if the games even go ahead.
If they do happen, most people will see a shitshow. Demonstrations, protests, Israeli armed security, disorder, and/or very expensive British policing paid for by the British taxpayer … So Meghan’s welcome to be involved in that.
