Another new story on Andrew today. Photo's have emerged showing that on Epstein's desk, there were emails regarding Epstein paying debts owed by Andrew/Sarah to staff:

Why on Earth was a Prince of England having his staff paid by a sex trafficker?
Doesn't seem "too honourable" to me.

Epstein Had Emails from Staff of Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson on His Desk in Newly Shared Photos

New photos from Jeffrey Epstein's New York home appear to show an email exchange between former staffers for ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

I never understand this percentage tbh. My darling sister died unexpectedly, no children and a home just outside the M25 which, in itself, breached the £325k limit but she was not a wealthy woman by any means.

I agree. We’ll pay IH when DM dies because of the value of her modest home. I would imagine more than 7% of people are in that situation as a result of the increase in property values - mortgage free house worth more than the IH threshold

I'm listening to it on Audible, when I go to bed. I always fall asleep after 20 minutes. At this rate I won't finish it until 2030!

I got it on Audibles when I was laid up following a hip replacement. It was ideal for a boring hospital stay followed by 3 weeks mostly on the sofa. Grin

I think it's because a lot of the wealthy estate plan and if you inherit from a parent you can inherit up to £1 million without paying inheritance tax in some circumstances.

I expect the number paying to go up unless property prices come down though.

We recently had to pay IHT on a relative's estate but if they had children to inherit there would have been nothing to pay.

Me too🤷‍♀️ I will pay IHT on my estate unless I do some clever things with trusts.

Presumably the next version will be called Untitled

Going back to the Yorks, I wonder if Lownie plans to update Entitled with the latest developments, eg removal of Andrew's titles, in time for the paperback publication?

He said at a talk I went to just before Christmas that the paperback will include lots of updates.

ThePoshUns · 22/01/2026 07:20

I bet he can’t keep up with the updates!

AnnunciataM · 22/01/2026 13:57

It's due to be published on 21 May, but who knows what will come out between now and then!

I wonder if that’s why Eugenie has distanced herself from him, more unpleasant revelations about him?

AnnunciataM · 23/01/2026 14:08

I think it's more her knowing which side her bread is buttered. She and her sister need to stay on the King's good side or there'll be no more Sandringham Christmas walks or invites to the Middle East!

Agree. His behaviour was only suddenly beyond the pale once he lost his title. It wouldnt surprise me if shes taken one for the team, as they have to take away both or neither of the sisters titles. The Yorks all know they need someone on the inside.

AnnunciataM · 23/01/2026 18:44

And who knows if she actually has cut it off. A "source" might feed something to the media while Andrew jets off to Portugual to see her in relative anonymity.

ThePoshUns · 26/01/2026 08:23

No shame! Just like her parents.

Look at the picture of Beatrice on that weekend in the country, 3rd pic down in the article

Is that Rebecca Brooks (phone hacking, sun editor, weird surrogate "daughter I never had" of Rupert Murdoch, father of 4 daughters)?

Beatrice seems to have picked up where her father left off on the middle East Side of things. Hopefully the press will pick up on it, but I doubt it. Andrew's handy to have around. The press can say they're reporting the RF like they do anyone, but just put the flack on him, and stick to their usual 99% puff pieces about the Ps of W.

How can she not potentially be out of her depth on business advice/opinions etc? Where’s all her experience & where does that enviable confidence come from?

Lalgarh · 26/01/2026 10:57

She probably works as a cypher, or rather connector of people's

"Oh I was on a rural retreat with Becky from News International and she mentioned..."

I’d have imposter syndrome on steroids.

I’d have imposter syndrome on steroids.

That's what growing up with adults bowing and scraping, catering to your every need will do for you. A massive overinflated sense of your own ability.

I'm sure she knows very little 🤷‍♀️

Didn't she refuse the gentle guiding hand of the Palace in the wake of Daddy's de-princing?

Guess we know why now even if we hadn't guessed already
