As ever and PR disasters continued

So Meghan lost her fathers number but is ringing round hospitals and will send a handwritten note, as per Sussex sources speaking through the Sun, the Telegraph and the Times.

I mean I have no idea, how it works with PR for very famous people, but surely there are scenarios they prep for?

Her dad is in his 80s, severely obese and has suffered ill health for years. You would think, there would be protocol in what to do should the worst happen.

That would include having up to date contact info. This isn’t something Meg would need to have/get involved with if she’s estranged, but surely ‘The Office of the DDOS’ would. Then engage in their set plan- whether that’s a public statement that this is a private affair or that contact has been made through the proper channels.

Whatever this is, it isn’t professional-it’s complete chaos.

This I can believe and sounds like Harry is just as bad.

Another source told me previously: 'When anything negative comes out, someone has to pay. It is a miserable and impossible job. Meghan will get disappointed by one thing and then ice someone out. She will never let you live it down or forget how you let her down and neither will Harry.'

They are definitely both as bad as each other.

Harry after all is the one throwing repeated strops about his lack of guaranteed police protection to the extent that he has sued the British government (and in the process also demanded to know the individual names of the people who made the decision about his security)

Plus also tried to bring down his own charity and thrown around some really vicious accusations against Sophie Chandauka when his flounce was unsuccessful in ousting her.

he is one truly nasty, vindictive man.

It has often felt orchestrated, many people suggested that some supporters must be on the payroll, maybe the money has dried up.

Which is similar to what was said by the Spotify staff in the Vanity fair article.

I’m wondering now what is happening with As ever.

Meredith was CCO of As ever.

Liam has zero experience with such a business. He was PR guy for Invictus ….thats now just the last one standing….literally

Ashley Hansen said the comms team read everything …..Reddit, Quora etc.

Why? What’s the point unless you were contributing to these threads?

Is Harry still with Better Up ?

He's still on their 'leadership team' page.

I saw a slide presentation once (one of the YouTube royal reporters I think) summarising Glassdoor posts from staff at BetterUp - let's say they don't seem to look after their staff mental health very well. Can't find it now but below is the Google AI overview of BetterUp reviews (anyone with Glassdoor access please feel free to confirm/refute). Some issues seem familiar.

BetterUp has a mixed reputation among its staff, holding an
average rating of 3.3 out of 5 stars on Glassdoor based on over 470 reviews. Employees praise the company's mission and talented colleagues, but express significant concerns regarding leadership, high turnover, and work-life balance.
Key Positive Points (Pros)

  • Mission-Driven Work: Many employees are highly motivated by the company's mission to help people grow and develop, feeling their work has a tangible impact.
  • Talented Colleagues: Staff consistently report working with intelligent, passionate, and collaborative teammates.
  • Good Benefits: Benefits and compensation are often highlighted as a positive, with good perks like ample paid time off, learning stipends, and access to coaching.
  • Growth Opportunities: For some, the fast-paced, high-growth environment offers significant opportunities for personal and professional development.
Key Negative Points (Cons)
  • Poor Senior Leadership: A frequent criticism is aimed at the executive leadership team (ELT) and founders, who are described as inexperienced, lacking strategic clarity, and resistant to feedback.
  • Toxic Culture/Lack of Psychological Safety: Some reviews describe a fear-driven and toxic work environment, where speaking up is discouraged and performance frameworks are allegedly used to label employees who challenge management.
  • Constant Change & Burnout: The startup nature is characterized by "strategic whiplash," frequent reorgs, and constantly shifting priorities, which leads to high burnout and high employee turnover.
  • Pay and Support Issues: Some employees, particularly coaches and those affected by recent layoffs, have reported pay cuts, a lack of support, and increased workloads without additional compensation.
In summary, BetterUp is often seen as a challenging but rewarding place to work for those who thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about the mission. However, the company struggles with internal consistency and leadership issues that significantly impact the employee experience for many. You can read more detailed reviews on Glassdoor.

Which is similar to what was said by the Spotify staff in the Vanity fair article.

And also similar to what was told to the journalist in the Uk who first exposed their staff’s stories of working for the couple:

On another occasion, when Meghan felt she had been let down over an issue that was worrying her, she rang repeatedly when the staffer was out for dinner on a Friday night. “Every ten minutes, I had to go outside to be screamed at by her and Harry. It was, ‘I can’t believe you’ve done this. You’ve let me down. What were you thinking?’ It went on for a couple of hours.” The calls started again the next morning and continued “for days”, the staffer said. “You could not escape them. There were no lines or boundaries – it was last thing at night, first thing in the morning.”

Absolutely mental behaviour

Absolutely mental behaviour

Absolutely bullying, harassment and belittling in the work place and even in their own home and private time. The level of emotional violence these two inflict on family, friends, staff and colleagues is grotesque.

The fans do stay away when Meghan and Harry’s behaviour is indefensible, they do reappear when Meghan and Harry are criticised for innocuous things like bad photoshopping or her silly show, pointing out facts is against talk guidelines now apparently, who knew 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s absolutely shocking.

OP posts:
AtIusvue · 28/12/2025 18:56

Hey MN 👋

We should be allowed to discuss the absence of posters who frequently post defensive posts about Meghan Markle and Harry’s behaviour.

At times, these posters relentlessly harass posters for every opinion they don’t agree with….which is pretty much everything on this thread.

If they are allowed to express themselves in this manner, why on earth can other posters not discuss- that during a time of multiple PR crises for the Sussex couple- that their most ardent supporters have disappeared?
This in itself is very unusual and is worth commenting on. It’s also noteworthy, because it could reflect a level of support that the couple may or may not enjoy anymore. Again, worth commenting on. There’s also patterns in some posters behaviour, again something which is very obvious and we shouldn’t be policing ourselves, unable to speak about what we can see with our own eyes on these RF threads.

Can you please explain why multiple posters have been deleted for expressing an opinion? There was no hateful language, harassing of posters.

I will await deletion.

There is absolutely no reason for your latest post to be deleted @AtIusvue so it will be interesting to see if it is. It’s very strange that five regular posters, myself @elessar @Mylovelygreendress @Tubestrike @lickingfingertastingfood have had posts deleted in such a short space of time this afternoon, none of the comments I read broke talk guidelines and in fact as regular posters it’s certainly not any of the named posters “style” to write hate speech or make personal attacks at all so it’s very strange indeed that within that short time period we have all done that……🤔
