I've just read Thomas Markle is in hospital intensive care. He has been treated poorly by Meghan. I doubt if the pair will have anything to say about this. Though they've always plenty to say about a lot of things. Doubt they'll be rushing to his bedside.

Not just physically ill but very sick in his head too as we are now discovering. Do those who said she should of reconciled now changed theirr mind and can admit they were wrong to have all nasty comments made because she cut him off.

Well looks like the posters who are still around can't admit they were wrong but least its clear who are they and can avoid them from now.

Some classics thus far:

• she's made up stories about her father to throw the worlds journalists off the trail 😂
• they hope Thomas hasn't abused any girls since 2018 (implying it's Meghan's fault if he has)
• saying she's culpable for not saying anything in 2018
• called her a narcissist for not caring if other people's kids are abused

It's disgusting and deranged. Something is mentally wrong with people like this. It's a witch hunt. If they could have marched up to her door with pitchforks and dragged her out screaming, they probably would have already done so.

Some of those posts are scary AF. The same people who lambasted her for cutting off her poor elderly father are now suggesting that she is responsible for children potentially being abused . If that is the case then that means that the Queen, King Charles, William et al , the UK media and The Met are all responsible for any abuse carried out by Thomas Markle snr since 2018

I have seen those saying she has set it up some big consipracy from her and also saying her mum is involved in settijg it all up...like wtf..people sre unhinged how is MNHQ allowing those types of comments. Utterly vile.

Hi folks, heads up that this thread is a year old. We know people are discussing recent news, and so it may be a bit confusing if they don't check the date!

I think that perhaps they’ll forgive themselves. Isn’t that what that poster said everyone who harassed Catherine should do when they learned she was dealing with an illness?

But this is different I suppose, because Meghan said she cut him off for talking about her in the media, whilst she and Harry were bleating on about his family in the media.

So in the main, weren’t people just calling that out?

I personally never judged her choice, only their hypocrisy.

There are plenty of reasons to cut her Dad of. Ahe gave the ones that she was able to say at the time. If there are more and its only now she is able to reveal it whats the problem. There is no lie no need to call her out.

Would you going round pubicly announcing your dad has been accused of doing something if you haven't even got proof..of course you wouldn't.

Yes very unhinged posts. As long as it's about Meghan anything goes! Its terrifying that these people still sympathise with her dad absolutely terrifying and would like to blame Meghan for everything. I also do not see any of the posters who enjoy bashing the RF over Andrew rethinking their stance. (And I don’t mean the actual thoughtful republicans but the posters who inhabit this board and only post out of fealty to Harry and Meghan.)

Meghan is not responsible for her father or any other unhinged, toxic family. Nor is anyone else on the planet.

Off course that poster didn't see anyone sympathising with him as they are obviously part of the problem so will definitely refuse to see!

The difference is that the RF actively covered for Andrew, clubbed together to pay off his accusers and threatened anyone who raised concerns about him with demotion/loss of pension etc.
Meghan cut off her father and refused to let him see her children, but apparently she should also have also made sure the police were investigating when they said they were.

But we can’t have it both ways. Meghan seems to have received information only one other person had, and not bothered to pass it on to the authorities or follow up with anyone to ensure it was being investigated. For 8 years.

What are you talking about? Meghan had the information passed on to her by the authorities - the MET - who are probably going to be investigating their handling of this.

She was told to not speak of it, in case it jeopardised any future legal proceedings.
