Whether someone is ill or not it is not ok to criticise them for the way they look. Plenty of posters on here think it is fair game to comment on M appearance whether that be her creased clothes or small torso or bad hair but then get their knickers in a twist if K is criticised. It is NOT OK to criticise anyone’s appearance whether they have had cancer or not.

There is nothing wrong in criticising what someone wears if it is inappropriate or does not suit them. Indeed there is a long running series of threads dedicated to a discussion about the clothing that royalty choose to wear. This very different to criticising their personal appearance. I have never seen the poster you are referring to criticise anyone’s personal appearance anyway. It is clear that you have been itching to defend Meghan
on this thread that is not even about her

Let me explain - the reasons a thread like this is started is because people are fans of Meghan. It's attempted diversion.

I think there is a difference between “that outfit needs a good iron” or “she should wear more colour” or even “her hair is a mess” and “she is skeletal, emaciated, anorexic and bulimic”. There just isn’t anything remotely comparable about Meghan, who is also very slim, and loses / gains weight from time to time. Nobody suggests she is anorexic and bulimic, or calls her emaciated. I think it’s because there’s so much else to criticise in her behaviour and approach, there’s no need to invent an eating disorder. She puts so much of herself out there, she has to in order to make a living, and she makes a lot of mistakes, as she says herself. There’s always something to discuss with Meghan. But the PoW is professionally bland and inoffensive and personally very private. Nobody’s going to be able to criticise her for bullying or lying to the court, or stealing, or slagging off her in-laws, or upsetting the Queen, or ignoring a woman trying to talk about bereavement so that she could look good in a photo, or marching at the head of the Invictus veterans in flip flops, or falling out with the Kardashians over photos on social media, because she doesn’t do that stuff. So detractors are forced to look elsewhere, and what better way to attack a woman than by criticising her appearance. Tale as old as time, unfortunately. You’d hope that it wouldn’t happen on a site where most of the posters are women, but there you go.

The two stings - well this is me blah blah then the insult " where do you hang out" suggesting some deficiency in their life. Just behave.

Following on your line of thought - when do YOU ever pick up people who criticise Catherine? The answer is you DON'T so don't lay into people about them not hitting back at criticisms of Meghan. Don't tell people to do things that you don't.

No, you are wrong, she doesn’t comment on appearance. Many of us don’t. It’s not what we dislike about Meghan Markle.

@Spectre8 I’m concerned about how often you’ve been targeting Jeff lately. It’s starting to feel very personal and deliberate.

Jeff hasn’t made personal remarks about Meghan’s body. Their comments have been about her actions or occasionally critiquing her outfits, but never personal attacks on her appearance.

Your responses to Jeff on several occasions (both on this thread and others on this board) have felt disproportionate and, at times, harassing. It’s uncomfortable to watch, so I wanted to flag it in case you’re not aware of how it’s coming across to others.

To coin their phrase...flattered but not interested

Maybe be a little less interested in Jeff in that case… 👀
