Whilst I think many of the comments on here were unnecessary, thinking it’s part of an ‘orchestrated attack’ on Kate is somewhat of a stretch.

We see all the threads on Meghan too with regular posters here commenting how wrong it it is to body shame a woman but go ahead and body shame Meghan continuously. Its not just one woman being attacked

So that makes it ok?
If you see it happen on these threads, report it. Don't then consider hateful attacks on Kate to be quid pro quo.

We do not - categorically DO NOT - see threads on MN criticising the appearance of CANCER SUFFERERS AND SURVIVORS. Stop comparing apples and oranges. It’s utterly disgusting that this one cancer patient is continually targeted and MN lets these threads stand.

I don't have an opinion about Kate, but I've been slim my entire life. I'm 5'5" and size 6-8. I eat well and exercise, but most of the thanks go to genetics. I have never, not once, felt insulted for being slim.

i hope that going forward the posters who have quite rightly said that it’s horrible will apply this across the rest of the royal family.

Certainly, I never comment on the appearance or body of any of the women in the royal family and will continue to call out any criticism of the appearances of cancer survivors.

Same here. Dear god, some of the nasty comments on here about Kate are unbelievable.
Akin to those dreadful ones when she was first in hospital and out of commission.
So insensitive and cruel.

Isn’t it lovely having posters not only criticising another woman’s body but also labelling her physically and mentally unwell, what a great thread. (Adding a shout out here to the poster who criticised her on the other thread for doing something that never even happened, complete lies.)

And what’s she done? Well - who knows what goes on in these posters’ heads really, but let’s see - she’s taller, thinner, richer, more popular, hasn’t been accused of bullying or stealing, refrains from buying awards and having herself announced to rooms containing one person, seems close to her family and in-laws, and most importantly has higher status and therefore more power than Meghan. She’s going to be queen while Meghan fades into obscurity. Her son is going to be king while Meghan’s children have meaningless titles that people ridicule their parents for keeping. She will be able to mix with just about anyone she likes and be invited anywhere she likes for the rest of her life, while Meghan hustles away for one show at PFW and a Kardashian party. (Both of which made her look an idiot in one way or another.) Oh and not forgetting that time she didn’t make the right face when lending a lip gloss. What a bitch - no wonder people have a go at her.

Thanks dont , it’s the one thing I’m firm on ! For any woman regardless if they are in the public eye or not , I only critique behaviour, I don’t really care what they look like or what they wear.
