You can’t “guesstimate” what someone weighs, there are too many unknown factors, bone density, musculature, even the size of their head makes a difference.

True. Even the highly trained ED nurse thought I had stuff in my pockets to make myself weigh more. Darn embarrassing tbh. I am def heavier than I look and it's just above lowest 'healthy' weight.
I've been asked if I was heavier enough to donate blood. At my height I'd be really unwell to weigh too little to donate blood.
I am a long distance runner so slight/lean but muscular.

Presumably that's Ozempic?

I am not judging a woman in the public eye.
I think the Princess has a right to privacy about her health.
I am not going to speculate about her health - all we know is that she has been treated for cancer, following a "procedure".
But, unfortunately, I can't help that my instinctive reaction when I see her is how thin she looks and to be concerned about her health and wellbeing. I may be totally wrong, I have no right to know, but if she were my daughter or sister then, yes, I'd be worried.

Well as many posters on here like to say on other threads on this board..if you put yourself out in the public eye you are going to be judged and criticised and if you don't want to be then go live a quiet life

Catherine obviously had a very serious underlying medical condition which is why she had major abdominal surgery in the first place - then cancer was discovered .... so it's not a huge surprise that she has suffered weightloss

I started the thread not because I didn’t know she was a slim build but at the recent appearance where she seemed so much thinner than normal. The dress was loose on her despite a belt and she seemed to have lost any build on her upper body. It was such a change from her normal slim frame to something that looked really quite unusually underweight

Oh come on. There is a huge difference between being commented on and criticised because of what you do and say, and being commented on and criticised when you have been unwell

So you started the thread to discuss why she looked thin?
Have you understood that she's been ill and gone through surgery and chemo with the inevitable impact that has?

There is no level of trolling / attacking / faux concern on any vector (hair / weight / cancer / sitting next to duly elected Presidents/Prime Ministers at State Dinners) that will change this fact pattern.

If she puts a bit of weight back on, are we all going to call her the Princess of Whales? For crying out loud, leave her and her weight and speculation about her health alone. I wish her well, whatever her health/weight/wig wearing status. None of my business, nor anyone else’s. When she married William, I thought good luck to her, she’ll surely need it, marrying into that gilded cage, and the loss of privacy she’s got coming would do any persons head in. But I fear - and this thread shows I am right - that it’s even worse than I imagined.

You say she will be queen, but when people post about her looking thin or ill or tired etc, they want people to think that she won’t make it to being queen because she might not be alive. As Kate has had cancer and I suppose her dying young could be a real possibility, it’s a really sick thing to post about.

I would hope that most people, regardless of their views on the Royal family, hope that she remains well and lives a long life. I question what sort of people make threads like this.
