Has she had any roles in movies? I know she has had bit parts, how did you manage to notice her performances let alone like them?

Indeed! , I was a huge fan of fringe , watched it religiously but only recently have I been informed she had a bit part in it! 🤷‍♀️

There’s lots of terrible actors in Hollywood, I think she has more chance at making money this way than any other venture she would have.

Seemingly, just like the Brits, Americans are cutting back this Xmas. Selling $42 boxes of jam isn’t going to sell in this climate. It isn’t organic or something else that would justify the price.

It’s mass produced, which she has admitted to with her ‘masstiege’ comment. It’s just designed to look luxury, not that it is a luxury product.

She should have priced the items much cheaper.
Not one of the gift jam boxes sold at Godmothers when I seen it. Not that that clientele group couldn’t afford it……they could, but they are not paying that money when they can afford real luxury.

As ever, just doesn’t work. She has no idea who her market is. I mean she’s selling at a bookstore!

But, as I pointed out above, gossipy interest in Meghan is not at all the same thing as wanting to see someone in a professional context.

Meghan's podcasts flopped and Spotify dropped them. WLM wasn't exactly a roaring success and the NF deal has not been renewed. 'As Ever' pancake mixes and 'spreads' don't seem to be flying off the shelves either. There's a consistent pattern there and I hardly see that people would sit through a whole film or TV show just because they either love or hate Meghan. That's not the sort of thing people base entertainment decisions on.

Her part in Fringe was odd! It looked like they were setting her character up for a main/regular part, and then she disappeared without any explanation. This was around 2 years before Suits, I think.

Never heard anything more about Meet me at the Lake. I assume that’s going nowhere.

If by 'they' you mean 'Archewell Productions' then I don't think they ever had the rights.

AFAIK, Netflix 'optioned' the book and there was talk of Harry and Meghan producing it. But they never held the rights themselves, and clearly it's not going to happen now.
