Meghan has just popped a video clip of herself in the back of a limo with her feet up travelling through the streets of Paris. Is this rather insensitive given the way her MIL died or is it perfectly normal to post such stuff?

The only thing I would add is who Harry was when he met Markle (on her Instagram page!).

According to Tom Bower’s book Revenge he was becoming a bit of an old roue, I can’t remember the exact phrase he used. But the sense was of someone hanging around Sloaney pubs, living a rather dissolute, directionless lifestyle. I suspect he didn't have the emotional or intellectual capacity to pull himself out of that for something new. He needed someone to do this for him, and along came MM. Maybe if he’d found the love of a “good woman” things might have been different. But then again, Harry didn’t want a good woman 🤔

Why would she care what people she doesnt know think? Old age saying isnt it that the only opinions that should matter to you are those from the people you love.

If every celebrity or famous person cared about what people they dont know say their mental health would be in the toilet. Some have committed suicide because of the pressure of public and media scrutiny, online abuse.

Understood. But my earlier point was more that she was comfortable, even happy with, courting possible “bad” publicity, which most people would think twice about. Thats what made me also think of Katie Price by the way, in that particular twerking context.

IME this ‘type’ often find a woman in later life who provides most of ££ & security. She may have saved him & in his position I’d ask for tips to self-promote with goal of securing an African wildlife conservation role or similar & head off there for stints.

Is she courting bad publicity? She put out a video od her doing a move...why is that courting bad publicity? Everyday people post stuff like this...

Only some people and the media twist it into something to beat someone over and now its classed as bad publicity.

I much prefer people yes even famous people just being more relaxed and themselves instead of curated lives to point you don't even know ow who they are really because its completely fake and based on what would garner the right reaction from the public court of opinion.

What I find interesting is that Meghan appears to shrug off all criticism of her TV shows, her podcasts , clothes etc etc yet took great offence that Catherine didn’t take her shopping , was less than enthusiastic about sharing a lipgloss and complained about Charlotte’s flower girl dress .
She is continuing to make sly digs about her blink and you miss it time as a working member of the RF ( she talked yesterday about having to heal) yet woe betide anyone who omits her Royal title !

Would you say that Meghan is relaxed and herself instead of curating her life to the point where we don’t even know who they are really because it’s completely fake?

The latest reel shows the environmentalist in the cockpit of the private jet she's flying on, and carrying a bag with a massive "DS" monogrammed on it. 😂

Meghan's also won a broadcasting award for Confessions of a Female Founder from Signal (who seem to be pay to play). The genre she's won is "Business People and Entrepreneurs Shaping Culture". Absurd.

It's just so weird - she hasn't run a successful business. You have to think these people are as dim as she is or on the other hand they are using her as she does people.

Catherine! What a bizarre coincidence that Meghan then decides to appear in the cockpit a few days later, she’s either copying Catherine or trying to morph into Victoria Beckham, it’s all a bit single white female.

I've just watched her talking at the Fortune MPW Summit.

The number of times she touches her nose during the interview! That and the hair behind the ears .
I've also realised she drones on so much with her word salad to try to make people forget the original question and for them to wish " omg I wish she would stop talking".

Points from the interview-
talking about her calligraphy, her job in yogurt shop, her 7 years in Suits , she had switched off comments on her Insta as a business decision, she doesn't know if she will do tik tok, magazines are " vintage" , she helps out on school field trips before getting back to meetings, she is going to cut 30 min shows to 2 min reels , wants to expand globally and wants to sell in small specialised outlets ( she laughed when Target was mentioned) and how financial independence from her husband is very important to her. She purposefully has a very lean team of less than 10 people. So much random stuff about herself as opposed to running a successful business. A commentator said she says I, me or my 65 times.

She’s reminding me of those people that push MLM products.

That cockpit thing is pathetic. ‘Look at me in a private jet instead of doing boring old royal visits.’

I wonder if Meghan believes in manifesting, if she does a lot of what she says makes more sense.

I’ve wondered that too. It’s like if she pretends it’s real, it will be. I just don’t understand how she gets interviews at all. Everything she says is utter drivel.

It also means that if she does have success she won't get the recognition. She is already being hailed as a business women and entrepreneur and winning awards and being being told she is a woman of power etc etc. All of it is rather in advance of the facts which means if As Ever takes off and is really successful it will seem a bit blah. I wish she had the patience and confidence to wait because the rewards would feel much sweeter than all these awards for not much.

My understanding of manifestation is that you speak out what you want to happen. Meghan is speaking about herself as a founder and entrepreneur in terms that would lead someone to believe she is running a successful billion dollar business. At the moment As Ever has a shaky supply chain, her podcasts and tv programme seem to have come to an end and she seems to be thinking about doing tiktok length recipes on social media instead. There is a gap between how she speaks about her projects and their reality and I wonder if she believes that speaking as if they are extremely successful will bring that success into being.
