She’s posted quite possibly the worst photo she could have him with the caption “oh hi birthday boy”. He literally looks like he’s rolled out of bed after a ten day bender, hair all over the place and generally looks tired. There’s millions of better photos she could have used.

It's certainly a crop, but I'd offer the opinion the version used by M has got some noticable alterations from the original, but maybe that's my eyesite.
